Wish I read the poor reviews before trying this firm. I wouldn't have bothered with a "consultation." I spoke with someone who scheduled a consultation at a specific date and time. Five minutes into that scheduled appointment, no one called me. I called the law office and said I was supposed to have a consultation and then they transferred me to someone. Did they forget? Not care? What's up with that? The person I spoke with was very cold. He answered the phone as if he didn't know why I was on the other line. He asked how he can help and that was odd because I had already told the person who scheduled this consult what I needed. The person with whom I consulted was named Victor Franco. Anyway, we went over my case and I had several questions. Victor was cold and detached. He repeated himself multiple times. Well if he said something one way, and I still had a question, why would you repeat your answer? Clearly I didn't understand it the way he said it. Finally I said, after one of the times he repeated himself, "maybe I'm not asking this the right way." And I had to ask it a different way. What did Victor do? Repeat himself, only slower this time!! And his attitude, as I continued with my questions, grew more cold and condescending. I'm not asking to be hugged or be given sympathy or even be treated with white glove service. But it is professional courtesy to avoid sounding cold and condescending to your prospective clients. Victor hung up the phone before I could say good bye. Had a bad experience. strange workers ask thoroughly all your personal information by phone and when I asked her name to know just in case she hung up. I then called back the lawyer took the phone and apologized and said her name was Kimberly. OK. Made an appointment with a lawyer, he said that he would be in the office all day on Monday and when I came and found out that I had to go up to the 8th floor but I needed an elevator key the woman who was standing there said that the lawyer should go downstairs and pick you up and I called 3-4 times no one answered.
