They were told we "hopefully won't bother them" and they laughed about it. Very rude imho. Also, the ceiling of the patio was quite literally FALLING OFF onto the balcony. The bathtub for the showing unit was moldy in the crevices. It smells off. The apartments seem pretty nice other than that. A little old, but oh well. I wish we had had a better experience, but I won't spend a year living somewhere that gave us such a poor first impression. Hopefully everyone else gets a much better viewing experience than us!

We deep cleaned our apartment and they tried to tell us they spent 8 hours worth of cleaning fees cleaning our apartment. Give me a break.

They get to know you and are ready and willing to help in every situation. The maintenance team is just as great they have always fixed any issue we have had either same day or at most the following work day. The apartment itself is your typical apartment basic appliances, full-size washer dryer. Cabinets are a bit out dated but all functioning. The decks are very spacious and our apartment in particular had a fantastic view of the lake. The rooms are not huge but they fit a queen in the spair room and king in master. I loved having the gas fireplace it helped keeping our power bill down. The cons: The on site parking can get tight and you only are allowed one assigned parking spot. However the office is very good at working with you for specific situations. The gym at the club house is well less than satisfactory. Very little and not much for equipment. Overall if those are the only cons I'd say it's a great place to live. Great location and very friendly neighborhood.

I see car parts, e.g., tires, furniture, etc in the covered garage parking now. I see junk, banned items on everyone's lease agreement on the balconies. Lots of trash accumulation near the parking garage entrance, which will soon attract rodents from the wooded area nearby. The previous on-site management used to do walk-arounds and spot checks. The current management office/leasing office is always closed. Good place to live? Yes! But dam how I miss the golden ages!

But no, after the first use of the sink in our apartment, we found out that our garbage disposal needs to be replaced. Why would we need to find out the first night we stayed? They did change it, but only on the third day. We weren't able to wash dishes and use the sink in the kitchen, plus it was all stinking. They did fix it, but the maintenance person left track-in dirt from shoes on the floor. Will it be acceptable if it were your home? Days later we found out that our Room Darkening Vinyl Blinds were broken before us. And they fixed it by putting tape on it. Is it even normal? It's our second week in that apartment and I have no idea what to expect next. I do understand that it's not a brand-new apartment, but you can't let anybody rent it without fixing it.

Building A has been known to be the mistake apartment with most flaws durung construction. Originally it was meant to be sold as homes but was so poorly made they leased the apartments instead. 5. Dog poop was outside. Safeway refused to deliver my food because of the poop. 6. Previous management was extremely nice but when they went? Everything went downhill. New management is terrible and the Red head lady with glasses in office. Very fake. Be Leary. 7. Chairs no longer had soft sofas, placed on wicker regardless of season. Upstairs patio stayed locked often in summer and i had to ask the office to please unlock the dooR. Ironic how rent went up but quality of place went down. Tables stay filthy. 8.Had to walk from building D to building A to car. long evening strolls not worth effort. Especially with all the car break ins happening. Also saw raids happen. Cops often on premises.  9. Outrageous move out bill was higher than what place was worth. Know your rights snd quote washington State leasing apartment laws to bring move out quote down. They will try to scam big time on move out fees over a $1000. 9. Almost got turned down apartmemt because they needed ledger prior to aproval. Tivalli said they arent allowed to release this information. They also failed to share the information with us. We had to personally go too office and make it clear we will not be signing new lease and obtained copy of papers. Slum Lords will try go retain you, to fall into new lease. Maintenance crew worked hard though. Bless them. They are too good for this place. 10. Also(management )please don't leave your generic insincere response with phone number. You've done enough damage and plenty of neighbors I know plan to move out will contest the same. Note:There's plenty of other apartments MUCH nicer. I recommend Avalon down the street or apartment by the mall such as The Woods apartment by Alderwood Mall.

Can't imagine how they are with the current tenants. The online service kept having issue with not uploading my ID. First Lady from the app was very nice. I asked her to send me over the leasing info, but I never got it. Then when I got to the complex, it wouldn't load so I had to call them again. The 2nd lady sent me a link with the access code without having to upload my ID. I was checking for a unit 1x1 and another unit for a 2x2 which they both have their code to enter. I didn't receive the 2nd code for the 2x2 so this was my 3rd time calling. This lady was cutting me off every time and said she just wants to rush. Didn't let me explain that I had already called and the previous agent said she would send me the access code to enter for each unit but I got 1 only. Also I never got the leasing info. After the inspection, I called the leasing office to ask more about their leasing info. I wanted to know what the admin fee or security deposit is. She said they don't know until we are screened which is fine. I told her it sounds like they do the opposite because a deposit is usually asked beforehand to hold the unit off the market. Her response was 'I don't know where you're coming from but yeah that's how we do it and most places around here do it.' Completely rude and it's not my first time renting a place out. Poor customer service, very bitchy attitude, and asked if I was calling to lease or from marketing place. It was already stressful and to have someone act like that just for leasing info is ridiculous. Learn how to understand that you're not always right and how you present yourself with better customer service. Not interested furthermore, literally condescending behavior.
