The management did not take any responsibility of their wrongdoings nor did they try to rectify it. Not to mention their facilities are beyond terrible for a $3000 rental. When I was moving out, I was STUCK inside the elevator for AN HOUR in the middle of the night! I had to call someone from another security service because there are NO maintenance teams working. The smoke detector KEEPS going OFF every other week! EVEN when I'm not cooking! Holy hell, not to mention this place was broken into multiple times. Endangering the safety of their tenants' vehicles. The noise level in this apartment is pretty bad, you'll hear drunk youngsters at 3-4 in the morning. Dogs are also walking in lounges, by the pool table everywhere. There was once the whole entire staircase was filled with feces, I almost threw up. When I was completed, we talked with Kim & Hailey & Kim placed a work order immediately. Kim kept me informed next day of all the steps maintenance was doing & then I received an email from maintenance that my items were completed.. Kudos to Maintenance as well. What I also like is when you call leasing office & even though Kim is who I have been doing everything with, if Kim is not available Hailey can help as well. Believe me I am a worrier & don't like to bother people & Kim is always saying I am not a bother & that they are always happy to help & answer any questions they can. That is in excess of a month and still no additional information has been provided by staff. The staff service here has been poor for awhile other than the maintenance staff (who are not responsible for the elevator). The defendants, including Greystar and other major property management companies, allegedly shared data through RealPage to manipulate pricing. This unlawful practice has negatively impacted Seattle renters, driving prices above competitive levels. Final Word: Living here is not worth it. I thought we had verbally agreed to my payment of $850 being enough to satisfy and hold off on any further payment until the end of March, seeing as we agreed to a FREE month and that the end of March, the last week, I'd pay that, and only that, and at the end of the month. Then I receive a shaky, quiet phone call from Harmon at 4:45 last Friday while I'm at work asking I pay near $350 to satisfy whatever payment I have no knowledge of. I then receive no further communication, no more calls, no emails, nope just 2 large letters on my door today saying I have 30 days to pay or vacate. I don't even live here yet. We negotiated the free month because I'm leasing elsewhere and would like time to move and adjust. This payment can't be made seeing as I've paid $850 to them and near $2200 to my other apartment.
