Just moved in. Wow. What a nice place. Way better than the place I just came from. Lauren has been…read morereally good and helpful with everything. The apartment is newer and nice. Modern and lots of room. I'm looking forward to living here. The Clubhouse looks fun and I'll be enjoying that in the summer.

ZERO STARS. Do not rent here. This company engages in…read morefraudulent, retaliatory billing practices. I moved into a studio here at the beginning of December 2022 and legally ended my lease early on June 29, 2023, under Nebraska's domestic violence safe-harbor statute (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-1431.01). Regional management accepted my notice in writing, and my final $330.90 portal balance was entirely covered by my $500 security deposit, leaving a credit in my favor. They even deactivated my tenant portal account on July 19, 2023.Despite processing my move-out, their automated billing system kept running and illegally auto-charged me full rent, utilities, and late fees for July and August 2023. Then, right after I posted a public review on August 20, 2023, exposing the terrible condition of the unit, they hit me with a fraudulent $2,718.60 ledger on September 13, 2023. This included hundreds in unearned post-tenancy rent and completely retaliatory move-out fees--like a fake $190 floor repair fee for pre-existing pet scratches that were there when I moved in, a $75 fee for keys I left securely inside the unit, a $25 fee for an intact toilet seat, and a $10 fee for normal wear-and-tear light bulbs. They prematurely dumped this fraudulent balance onto my credit report back on July 1, 2023, via Hunter Warfield, and it is actively blocking me from securing new housing today. I have filed formal fraud complaints with the federal CFPB and the BBB. If you value your credit and your peace of mind, stay far away from Pure Property Management and Fremont Commons.

Unfortunately I've had a terrible experience with Conestoga Crossing. Beginning from the start, my…read moreunit was not clean when I moved in, in fact when I was moving in they were trying to clean the bath tub and said they could not remove the stains. I was able to clean it with my own cleaning supplies. The amount of crap I vacuumed up from the carpet before I started unpacking was sickening. We are charged a monthly $25 for amenities, such as the Club House, which the little equipment they did have was broken. When claimed the elliptical was fixed, I in return fell off the elliptical they had supposedly fixed because the entire leg of the machine came off. It was 3 months until any SAFE equipment was able to use. Oh, let's not forgot the half assed trim and wood work allowing mice and bugs to freely move from each unit to the next. When I was packing up to move after tirelessly waiting until my year lease was up, I found mice feces in the utility room under the stairs. I was told by management that "infestations" was the tenets issue. Since I had no furniture in my downstairs apartment, I asked my then at the time neighbor with two small children if she had seen mice feces, and yes she in fact did behind her furniture. Oddly enough management said no deductions from the mice feces was taken out of my deposit, even though it was supposedly my responsibility the mice got in the house. If you have pets, you pay a no refundable pet deposit, understandable, IF you have clean carpet when you initially moved in which I did not. It was a complete joke. And it infuriates me now even when I'm gone at the thought of how many other people at this complex are getting taken advantage of. Communication between management is horrid, it can be business days with out a call back or a returned email. You have to consistently keep on them. Which brings me to my last example of dealing with Conestoga Crossing, my deposit check, I had to email management because I was not seeing a deposit check in my mail. They said they would check on it. Well, they sent it to my old address at conestoga crossing, and then sent back to management. So if I wouldn't have emailed them, who knows when I would have received it. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.
