At first, I was really nervous about being all the way up at the top because of the snow and ice but the maintenance team kept the roads so clean- I never once had a problem! I did see the management turn over a few times while I was there but there was one lady I came to recognize- Heather. She was always very pleasant and accommodating. I've read the two previous reviews and given that they were written 2 days apart and use the same language, I'd have to say they're kind of fishy. Perhaps someone didn't receive the return on their security deposit they thought they should have. I, myself, did not have any problems when moving out or having my security deposit returned. If you're looking for clean, modern, living- you'll be happy here.

The grounds are excellent if you like Nature and the apartments are just minutes from shopping and dining. There's a gym inside and you can walk outdoors. There is also an activity coordinator who puts on special events. The manager was helpful. I think that she gets a lot of complaints about things that she has no control over and little support from the building owners who are in another state. The reviews that give the apartments only one star are unjustified.

Grifting on requiring tenants to pay by using their app and charging you ALSO to use the app. For maintenance, no matter what the problem they will ALWAYS use the cheapest materials to fix the required maintenance or badger the tenant to leave! "Caveat emptor" is Latin for "let the buyer beware." Hopefully you will find better than YPM. Any other property is better!
