For starters she lost my earnest money and told me I DID after the day I drove to the office I dropped it off at the day before she found it in the trash can at the front desk AFTER I called the bank and told them they gave me the wrong paperwork. Then she only wants to reach out when she has questions, not answer yours. She also told me that I was not to pay for the inspections after I paid for my home inspections. That part of my agreement was for them to pay that so we waited until after my close date for the sellers to pay for it. Now I'm being stuck with the bill and I'm just going ahead and eating the cost after her not wanting to really do much about it. The cherry on top was the lockbox with the combination she failed to remove and a third party came by without my consent and took it off and she had the nerve to blow me up about it. Even if she offered me a free house I'd rather pay a toddler with paper money versus ever dealing with her again, at least they'll be honest with me and talk to me with respect. 0 outta 10

Our company has over 4 thousand 5-star reviews, but unfortunately many Agents in the real estate industry have pressured me and my home inspectors to be soft on reports or they complain that our reports are too thorough or too nit-picky. If you are buying a house, don't you want a thorough and nit-picky home inspection?? Of course you do!! But those complaints or that pressure never happens at Irish Realty. In all the years of doing inspections for the Clients of Irish Realty not one time has an Agent at Irish Realty ever pressured me to sugar coat a report.....in fact they demand the opposite!! Irish Realty Agents want the most thorough and professional report their Clients can get. They care much more about their Client's well-being than anything else. You can hire whoever you want to represent you in a real estate transaction, but my advice is to hire an Agent and a company, like Irish Realty, who cares more about your best interest than they do a commission check. I can guarantee you the people at Irish Realty are not chasing your money.......they are chasing your happiness because they know if you are happy that will lead to their long-term success.

On top of that when we moved into our apartment our walls were dirty asf! They didnt give a fresh coat of paint on our walls nor did they even give us NEW carpet. I had white dog hair in all of the innercorners of the carpet & you can tell this carpet is really old.. it literally crunches when you walk on it .. all of our cabinets were dirty and yellow... Sink/tub/fridge/countertops/etc .. If i knew they would take advantage of me because i was YOUNG i would have never signed the damn lease

I first visited one of the local big box stores, the price was right, and they installed. Problem was, installation was a month and a half out. I stopped into Carpet Tile Depot and they were nothing but helpful. Found the perfect carpet for half of what the big box was charging. What about the delivery? The owner called one of his installers and the dude could do it the next day. Same day if I really needed it. Are you kidding me? The installation went perfectly, the installer left the place spotless and 24 hour service. I gave five stars because there wasn't an option for six I highly recommend!
