Then asked us to wait for 30 mins while they helped the group in front of us, to come back and tell us they won't have enough scooters to accommodate our group. you could tell he didn't know what he was talking about and he also said he would refund our card even though he said he wasn't going to charge it until we got our reserved scooters. so I don't recommend this place at all. It shouldn't have been so hard to get them especially since we called more than 24 hours in advance.

It was the first time riding a scooter for many in our group of 9, and they were extremely patient with everyone. When the owner realized that we didn't have a guide to show us around, he offered to ride with us and show us some of the top spots on the island. Talk about going above and beyond!
