He hadn't even had the decency to check the email, so HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TATTOO I WANTED. Since it was already very late, he lied, saying that it was not possible to apply the print of my background's tattoo on my skin and that therefore HE WOULD HAVE DONE IT HANDMADE. I reminded him that the amount of red was excessive and that the main tattoo was the Japanese writing. After 3 hours and £ 280.00 ( I was meant to pay £ 250,00, but they asked for more money even if I waited for 2hours because he was late and he had to try to prepare my tattoo in 30 mins) I found on my leg something that was not even comparable to my idea. I contacted George, the store owner, and he told me that it's normal that my tattoo was different because they are artists and they want to do something unique (OF COURSE I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE EVERYTHING, EVERY SINGLE WORD). When I told him it was my 4th tattoo he changed his mind and decided to meet me to find a solution. After our meeting he promised me to talk with the others tattoo artists to try to fix my tattoo. After 13 days I decided to send him an email (he din't contact me at all) and George replied: "Hi Mike I just had the chance to talk with my guys"- what a coincidence!!! And guess what: NO ONE was good too much to sort the problem out. So Geroge's offer was to GIVE A CHANCE TO Michele (the one who made my tattoo). Guys would you ever let someone who did something wrong, put his hands once again on your skin? And then...a CHANCE??? GEORGE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MY SKIN. THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!! I WANT PROFESSIONALISM, NOT CHANCES!!! During our meeting I said to George I wouldn't let Michele touch my skin once again and he promised me that for sure one of the other guys would be happy to help me. For two months George promised many things and at the end...nothing!!! Suck a shame cause I got my 1st tattoo in his store (AMAZING JOB MADE BY LUKE) To sum it up: Delay of 2 hours Michele didn't have any clue about my tattoo Paid £ 280,00 instead of £ 250,00 George (store owner) promised me to sort the problem out....how? I went tonight without an appointment. I was extremely nervous going into the shop, as I hate needles and I've only had my ears pierced once before, but as soon as I met Roni (who has the most interesting collection of facial tattoos and piercings, and his eyeballs are tattooed black! whew!) I instantly felt better. Roni made the whole process quick and (practically) painless. My wait time was around 20 minutes tops, and it cost £25 for my nose piercing. The atmosphere of the shop was busy busy busy, with loud upbeat music playing and a tattoo machine buzz in the background. After waiting, Roni took me to the back and was calm the whole time, asking me about myself and talking about life in London. It definitely helped relax me, and for that I'm grateful. He was very patient and gave me time to decide exactly where I wanted the stud to be. Everything was clean and sterile. I was done within 10 minutes - Roni really knows his stuff (I think he said he's been in the business for a decade or so?). I would definitely come back here for any other piercings/tattoos.

Having been pierced in 2 different establishments (hairdressers + gun = FAIL) prior to discovering this little gem I did what anyone would do and get a friend to guinea pig it out first :p Since said sacrifice, I've been to Eclipse for 5 of my piercings and 2 accounts of stretching and have to say that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The staff are chilled out, approachable and always willing to spend time with their customers and go over your options to help you get what you want. The studio itself is spacious, an extensive range of jewellery to look at for any type of piercing you could imagine and a whole load of tattoos to gawp at while you wait to be called in. Relaxed vibes, metal music, comfy sofas = win. Piercings are done in a room at the back of the shop. Everything very clean, sanitary and the piercer will talk you through the procedure step by step as she's doing it. She's a pretty cool chick as well might I add. Prices are pretty good. I got my scaffold/industrial done on Monday all for the bargin price of £30 which includes the piercing, 2 hoops and the scaffold bar they'll put in for me when it's healed. The name alone should tell you how great this place is - one of Camden's oldest and longest running tattoo parlours, Evil From The Needle is a great place that works patiently with you. They outline all the FAQ's on their website, which is beyond helpful. When I arrived to ask about my tattoo, I did not feel looked down upon (and I get that a lot, being an innocent looking, underaged Asian girl) or judged. There wasn't a hint of snobbery or fear in the air. I didn't feel stupid or unsafe. So I made my appointment with an awesome Asian girl, covered in very stylish tattoos and then prepared myself. My tattoo was 80 pounds for something that was about four inches (four words) in length, which considering the reputation of the parlor and the size, the price wasn't too bad at all. I've only been to two floors. The entrance and the tattoo room which I shared with two other guys. I had to lift my shirt up, but it wasn't uncomfortable because there's a big pillar in the middle that basically blocks everyones view of each other. The place was very clean, very modern with variety, just a nice place to be in. It didn't feel like they only excelled in a specific style of tattoos. I worked with Lindsey. She's a very nice tattoo artist, who patiently listened to my request about placing my text and asked multiple times if the placement was okay. She didn't rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. Let's just say I was glad to have her. I got some text in a typewriter font on my ribs. It should've hurt like hell, which it did at first, but afterwards Lindsey were perfectly gentle. Let's just say... I fell asleep (then again I could be just abnormal). Afterwards, she asked if I had any questions, which I didn't since it was my first time, and left feeling completely high and ecstatic off the pain... :) If you're looking to get some ink work done, and looking to pay a reasonable London price for a good quality job, I'd say come to Evil From the Needle. I just love the way they treat their customers (after getting a bad experience elsewhere).
