Got a large mirror replaced and it turned out perfect. Was ready when promised and the price was fair. Great local business!

They came out and measured our new shower that I built @ the Lake. Shortly thereafter, I got a quote and, although it was higher than I had anticipated, I sent them the required 50% deposit on June 18th. Almost a month later, I get an email stating that the cost to build this door will be $300 more! This tells me that Cam Glass screwed around so long that their glass supplier had a price increase. I was furious to know that they hadn't even started on this door. Had this been a build for one of my clients, it would have been a very embarrassing situation for my company, so I'm glad this happened to us. I called my regular glass supplier in Lenexa and they had it built in 2 weeks for less than Cam Glass. That was the first and last experience I'll have with Candenton Glass, as well as Osage! read more

Contacted Camdenton Glass for a quote for two special window replacements. Terry came out and listened to what we were asking for and Terry provided his professionalism and designed the perfect windows for us staying within our budget even. The windows came in as expected. The crew was professional and very courteous . They finished in one day and cleaned up after themselves. The windows being special order were well worth the wait. Broken window, their technician came and measured said it would be at least 5 days before a quote. OK. Received quote after 2 weeks, but not for broken window, for a shower glass replacement that I decided to have the tech measure since he was here anyway. Called to ask them to send quote for window, they had "missed" that quote and said that "hopefully" they would send it "soon." I said no thanks, and have ordered from another company. Too bad I couldn't give them 0 stars, 1 star is better than they performed. read more

Probably the worst glass business in the Lake of the Ozarks for communication with it's customers. Workers seem great but office staff is either unable to do their jobs or just do not care. Waited two weeks for "Tara" to just get an estimate and made 3 calls to find out why they could not tell me how much they wanted for the glass. Large job that they lost because they would not return calls or even pretend that they cared to have the work. It's a shame that they do not have someone that cares about the business. Went to have a stone chip fixed in the windshield of my truck. Chip occurred 3 hours before I went to the shop.They completed the repair and it is completely unsatisfactory. I went back in to ask about repair. Spoke with the shop guy and his response was "that's as good as it gets." Chip is still very obvious right in line of sight above steering wheel. I told him other stone chips I have had repaired in other vehicles were virtually invisible. His response was "not here". read more

No call backs. No info. Deny you made deposits then you have to prove it. Trying to work with them since summer to get a window. Asked for money back and they said they already ordered it......they had not. Not once have they called us and we have to keep calling them to hear excuses. read more

I had new glass put in my condo and I reviewed the video from the camera on the day of the install and the workers were randomly walking through my condo(I was not present at the time of the install) I called the owner, he apologized but did not offer to make any restitution which indicates he got paid and that is all he cared about. I called to make him aware of this issue and to give him an opportunity to do something to make things right but an "I am sorry" is all he was willing to provide. Would never trust this company to come into my place without me being present. read more

We were very satified with your workers and the job they did. Tara was very easy to work with on our schedule so that we were able to be at our condo during the job. The gentleman were very respectful of our selves and our condo. I would use them again if need be. Terry, would come and make sure the guys were doing good and always asked us how they were doing. He was very mindful of making sure that were satified with everything that was goin on. I feel like they have gotten some bad reviews but they seem to be turning it around. read more

2/1/21- Had glass panes replaced in several windows as well as glass tabletop replaced. Beveled tabletop fits great. Pane replacement done satisfactorily. I would use them again if needed. read more

Passenger side door's window on my 52 Chevy's suddenly just fell down inside the door. Most shops won't work on very old cars, especially not on window mechanis issues. Camdenton Glass took the job on and fixed it in short order. And, the price was fair. And, the fix has lasted. read more

Camdenton Glass came , measured ,requested one half of the money before ordering glass on September 9th. of 2017. They finally came today on the 16th.of November but stated they could not do all the windows they were supposed to have scheduled to do. Every time they were called they had an excuse, glass came in but was all broken, reordered but received some of the glass but not all. They could not use old storm window frames but installer said they could make them but , yes you guessed it. That was a false statement too. They are not to be believed and I will no longer refer them to any of my clients. You have been warned !!! read more

these folks have had a window of mine for over a month. many promises and excuses, wrong measurement, didn't come in, wrong size. every week same promise, it'll be done next week. they don't return phone calls or messages. Avoid this shop! read more
