He got a new part ordered for our heat pump and answered all our questions. The price for the late night service call was reasonable and so worth it to keep our kids warm on such a cold night. Upon purchasing the cabinets, we anticipated a lengthy installation process based on our previous encounters with contractors. To our surprise, Frank Duran promptly contacted us to schedule the installation within a day of our purchase. Throughout the installation process, Frank displayed a high level of professionalism and attentiveness to our specific requirements. He efficiently installed a drawer, added necessary spacers, and toe guards which enhanced the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our cabinets. Frank's timely completion of the job exceeded our expectations, and we are thoroughly pleased with the final outcome.
