I was impressed with a rear window (see-thru) car banner that he made for my brother recently. This company has not disappointed me. They use quality materials and their products are tough/well made. Also, they can create any kind of graphics for you. No matter what you need, they can create it, and it will look professional. The owner, Philip, is a graphics genius. Need business cards? They can do it. Need a big sign installed at your business? They can do it. Need your vehicle wrapped? They can do it. Speaking of vehicle wraps, I have seen their work up close. I don't know how they do it - but what I have seen looks perfect. I have seen party buses that they wrapped that looked amazing. Not just cars, but they can wrap just about anything. They don't just create things, they create and install. They even install electrical signs. Anyway, I can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the type of products and services that they offer.

I texted him about another negative review and let him know that if he had intentions of screwing us he needed to let me know now so I could at least make a back up plan... He blamed all his troubles on past DWI blah blah the guy is a complete criminal in my opinion. We pulled together a make shift booth off of stuff we had and something David ordered for us on amazon two days before the show (worth less than $500 probably) I was going to allow him the opportunity to just refund me the money or send me a check for the booth we never got... His exact response "You need to reverse the charges on your end, just tell them you never got the stuff (duhh we didn't) but if I send you a check you could still reverse payment and I can't issue you a refund because I don't use the same merchant service..." If I believed any of that I'd believe all of it... BUYER BEWARE! No product, no refund and payment in full 5 months ago... We will be pressing this issue with law enforcement and legal means but SAVE yourself the trouble!

I was scheduled to pick up drawings by 11:30am but I was running late and showed up at 12pm. Not only were my drawings not printed, they didn't call me to communicate this. I was asked to come back in an hour but I agree to come back when they called me to indicate that they were finished. I got a call at 3pm, I went to pick them up and they were still not ready. The most disturbing part is that they rushed putting these together and the drawings looked like they had been put together by someone with no experience. They were not even stapled together and the edges were wrinkled. I will not be using them again, as I over $5 per sheet and I can get them printed else where for a cheaper cost and better job.

I wanted to design custom moving announcements and house warming invitations so of course I called them up, it was a Monday. No one answered so I left a message about what I wanted and left a contact number. A couple of days went by and I hadn't heard back from them so I called back and left another message, giving the same information as before. A couple days went by again and since it was the end of the week I decided to send an email, because I know that for a lot of people email is easier for them to give a quick response back to, and I went a head and added all the information about what I wanted to do in my email. And almost a week latter the response that I have received is: .......*insert cricket sounds here.................and here...........................and here............. Not getting back in touch with a potential client after they have tried contacting you serval different times through the different medians that you have provided on your website, Facebook page, and websites like Yelp is the opposite of amazing wonderful customer service. Even if you are experiencing extraneous circumstances a call back, or a reply to an email, saying "Thanks so much for your inquiry however because of "blank" I can't take on any new work right now. But please keep us in mind in the future." is an example of great/amazing/wonderful customer service and its just the proper thing to do. By not even giving a response you don't only lose that business now but you have lost future business as well because you have completely turned these potential clients off of your business. A potential client should never have to try so hard in order to GIVE you their business. You are the one who is supposed to be jumping through hoops to GET their business and if you're unable fill the needs of potential clients' or if its a job that your not interested in taking on it is still your responsibility to communicate this to them. The level of excitement that I felt when I discovered this business is the level of disappointed I now feel. Not to mention the bad taste in my mouth.
