After receiving payment, Cheeto came up with an awful design. Every time I requested a change in design, it took 7 to 15 days in between. This went on for several weeks. After 3 or 4 designs, he still couldn't get it right. I asked several times for 20 minutes of his time to sit down with him to pick out graphics together, but was never given the opportunity. I reached out to someone else (outside of the company) who created the artwork for me for the wrap and I provided it to them. I was tired of weeks going by and getting no where Bullprinting wraps and graphics as far as design went. After sending the artwork, I couldn't get a hold of Cheeto. Needless to say another week was wasted. I finally got a phone call from him after calling him and texting him asking if had been receiving my emails. He claims he hadn't. I then resent the emails and asked for confirmation that he got them. After another week went by with no confirmation, I finally asked for a refund. Funny...I got a reply from him within 5 minutes after asking for the refund. I was charged almost $550 for the "time" he spent creating artwork that I'm not even using. My vehicle should have been wrapped weeks ago in my opinion. I don't think he ever intended on completing the job in the first place.

After not hearing back from Terry for a few days, Cara reached out to me and was very helpful. Unfortunately, after some conversation back and forth via email, the project kept seeming to be forgotten. Cara even offered to make a second sign for free as an apology, which I accepted, but I never heard from anyone at Inkbox Printing again. I had a much better experience ordering a decal online. They printed my design and shipped it to my door in 3 days for $30.

That was inside another box that was inside a sealed industrial-strength Ziploc bag with all the warranty information. The screenshots speak for themselves, where you see it arrive safely and then all of a sudden, a few hours later the box was empty all items inside missing and then they discarded the box. All of the content was copied & pasted from other sites they have build and everything was AI generated so nothing was original, which all of the AI search engines will completely ignore due to their algorithms. The contract was not completed in the time the promised. They charged for monthly SEO but did absolutely nothing and wasn't hosting my site so there was no way for them to be actually be "working" on anything SEO related. They hounded me for the monthly SEO fees they were charging but the communication was non existent and their performance was severely lacking. I had an independent IT consultant review everything, present all of the findings and at the end of the day CI Web Group was proud they took advantage of a soldier and didn't want to be honorable and refund my money for a project that didn't meet promised timelines but most importantly the quality they promised. What they charged in comparison to what they delivered is what is called highway robbery. Please think twice about doing work with this company. Also Google their company and you will find employee based reviews that also sow a solid 2.2 star rating from their unhappy employees.
