They actually thought that a small wad of tape would stop water from coming in thru a huge gap in the front door. Why?? Because it's easier and cheaper than them doing actual repairs. This place is a joke. I'd give it a negative 5 stars if I could.

However, I deeply regret ever renting an apartment from them. First, their properties are dirty, unmaintained and substandard. Second, their manager Rachel is rude and sarcastic and will send your children emails advising them to "remove all of their drugs" before they come and inspect the apartments. Thirdly, they will create dramatic power point presentations accusing your children of damage to their apartments. They are so unapologetically unprofessional, the Brentwood team is comprised of a bunch of idiots. They take your money and refuse to return your security and key deposit.. They don't maintain their properties and they address repairs when it's suitable for them not you. I had to take them to small claims court to have my security deposit returned and Rachel's testimony was so full of lies, the judge ruled in my favor, I got the money back plus travel expenses. Rachel and Bob you are both imbeciles, good luck finding your next set of victims.

I could barely get in contact with them...I tried various different methods of contact and found the best method to actually reach someone was through Facebook messenger (sad). Every five or six attempts I attempted to reach them was given a response...fortunately for them there was no other locations in the area and i was pushing to get into the area. Fast forward three months after moving in, receive a letter from the landlord that he fired this company because the neighbors that moved in November wanted out of their lease and they had very similar issues as I did. Broken promises, lies, and lack of communication. But if you want them to represent you with those qualities...this is the perfect match. Maybe apartments aren't their forte and they choose to focus on those and rather just focus on the big fish like houses or something...but show some class and respect to people that are interested in properties! Will never work with these people again.
