Back in 2019, I purchased 3 Life Insurance Policies with NGL. They were great and they did pay out…read moreone of my policies back in 2021. Then, at some point, I received mailings from NGL that one of my policies was taken over by Lumico; and the other one went elsewhere. While dealing with Lumico, they were fantastic! I had automatic deductions that kept on going and sometimes, I would go online and pay about two or three months in advance, notifying them on the months I would do that. No problems there. Then, in 2024, I had to file a claim on a loved one covered with Lumico from NGL; and I stayed in communications with them due to the pushiness of the Funeral Home who was officiating his services. Well, Lumico never lost their cool and kept very calm and respectful with me and with the Lending Company who was advancing the funding to the Funeral Home and needed to verify the Life Insurance Policy on my loved one. We were on a three way call and I heard everything. Lumico works through policies and procedures protocols and I understood that. While no guarantees of payment was stated to the Funding Company, the Policy in Force that was still Effective, had been verified; and around a full month I believe it was, LUMICO CAME THROUGH and Released every Dime on the Life Insurance Policy Amount for my loved one. After paying off the Lending Company, I received the full amount remaining. In all due Respect for LUMICO, all I can Sincerely say is: Thank You from the bottom of my heart for being there for me and my family when it was time. You did come through and you released every single dime! The Funeral Home was Happy and me and my Family felt soooo very blessed behind our pain and grieving. You all did perform in such an Honorable manner and for this, I am eternally grateful that NGL had trusted you all enough to allow you all to take over my loved one's Life Insurance Policy. May GOD ALMIGHTY Continue to Richly Bless LUMICO, is my sincerest Prayers in JESUS CHRIST Dutiful and Loving Name. Amen!
