On April 6, 2021 I placed a phone call to the organization because I HAD NOT HEARD ONE WORD from them. I requested a phone call to let me know what was happening with my application. I received a call on April 7, 2021 from a rep with a pretty snippy attitude stating that they sent it back to me because I did not sign the bottom of the form. I asked why didn't someone contact me via email or a phone call to let me know this information and she told me they don't follow up on stuff like that until it's been 90 days. They didn't wait 90 days for my payment. Took it immediately on February 4, 2021. I was told to go to their website and complete another application and submit it. With the problems we are experiencing with the USPS, I am at a lost as to how this will be acceptable since I never received what she "CLAIMED" was returned to me. I asked about a refund and was told to go to the website and contact customer service and have a good day. This is terrible service. Terrible Service. Terrible. This person needs to be retrained on how to speak with people who had paid their hard earned money for a service provided by their company. They should also review how they contact individuals that need additional attention to their application and ensure that the information that is being returned is actually being sent to the correct address and not one that has one number completely omitted as in my case. The address she said the returned app and/or information was NOT EVEN MY CORRECT ADDRESS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SITUATION/ORGANIZATION/PERSON!
