No greeting, no basic courtesy, no acknowledgment of anything -- not even a simple "Have a good night." Just attitude, silence, and my bag shoved across the counter like I was an inconvenience for walking in. This is a medical dispensary. Many of us come in managing anxiety, pain, or other conditions. His hostility was so intense that I actually started shaking and almost walked out without my order. The only reason I didn't was because I refused to abandon myself over someone else's bad attitude.
