I went home that evening and was able to order what I originally requested. I returned to the Turkey lake location and spoke to the same person. He then told me they were just temporarily out, not that I had ordered from the wrong store. This is clear bait and switch. I was able to complete the purchase on the second visit for the correct item. I will send a copy of this letter to the Florida Canabis commission as well as posting this elsewhere. I confirmed ahead of time that stacking them was allowed, so there was no confusion on my end. The cashier who checked me out (Cashier #55197) was openly rude from the moment I stepped up to the counter. No greeting, no basic courtesy, no acknowledgment of anything -- not even a simple "Have a good night." Just attitude, silence, and my bag shoved across the counter like I was an inconvenience for walking in. This is a medical dispensary. Many of us come in managing anxiety, pain, or other conditions. His hostility was so intense that I actually started shaking and almost walked out without my order. The only reason I didn't was because I refused to abandon myself over someone else's bad attitude.
