For example, he said today that she had no talent. He didn't say it to her but said it so she could hear it while speaking to other girls. He said way worse things than what he said today though. I don't know if he speaks to her this way because she is African American or simply because he's an asshole or both, but I wouldn't recommend Authority for this reason. The girls he was talking about my daughter to apologize for Jonathan being so mean to her after he left. I believed they may have discussed it with their parents and more people than a little may think he's nuts for his behavior!

Only giving 4 starts instead of 5 due to the high cost, but I'm sure that's necessary. My son would give it 10 stars if he could, it has been life-changing for him. The counselors are very professional and meet kids where they are, he has nothing bad to say about the food. You can leave a bag of snacks for your kid in case they get hungry between meals or don't like the options. My son loves meeting and taking care of the animals. It's very well organized, especially the drop-off process. Pickup is fun, the kids take their families on a tour. My son loves this part. He has made some great friends at camp. Another negative is their email communication system changed from the first year, doesn't seem to be as smooth, it is a more complicated process than the app they used to use. But at least it's free, where before you had to pay. But that's minor. They also take tons of pics and post them every day so it's nice to see smiles on your kiddo when you miss them. I would recommend to send your kids here, you won't regret it!

Two of my brothers have attended this school in different years. While there are sometimes…read moreshenanigans in the barracks (we are dealing with high school boys here lol), I really have only great things to say about the school and that is true of my brothers and my parents. Both boys are better for having gone to the school (not that they weren't great boys already). The school always looks great. Every teacher I've ever talked with from that school impressed me. Sports are encouraged and are a big part of the community aspect. The boys always look nice. The reviews and family weekends are always beautiful and well rehearsed. And all are always very polite to us when visiting. Of course all us other kids were irritated that my parents paid that much for high school for 2 of us 8 kids (ha ha), but after seeing those two go through the school, it's very tempting to think about sending my own boys there when I have them.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The school has failed to return numerous calls and emails…read moreand doesn't address my concerns. They nickle and dime you too and try to scam you out of $5000. We are suing them. They also have alcohol and vaping issues.
