Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The salesman I dealt with was rude and nonchalant throughout the interaction. What was even more frustrating was that my prepaid order was apparently canceled without my knowledge or consent. I was not properly informed about the cancellation, and the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. I understand that issues can happen with orders, but I expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when there is a problem with an order that has already been placed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope Lax and Wine & Spirits takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and communication in the future. I understand people steal from here but I'm also sure that every store more than likely deals with theft, and I've neeeever been told to leave my personal property (only shopping bags) anywhere while shopping. You also have employees walking around watching like a hawk, which is a bit uncomfortable as well. They have a large selection and good prices, which is the only reason I come back.
