If I could reduce this to zero I would because honestly this place is not a good place to buy any…read morevehicles I was buying a equinox from them and they knew full well it had engine issues which I did not know about and inquired about so I had full insurance and on top of that gap insurance to completely help take care of the car in case it went south when it finally did my insurance took it as a total loos and told me to inform the dealership to invoke the gap insurance they insure me that they would even signed documentation to sign off on it but they didn't file it and before I knew that they promised they had another car that would be even better then the last from what I could tell it was a nice car my partner at the time agreed it was again another lie and again a crack in the engine destroyed the engine and I had to go to another place get it fixed and my insurance company had to pay for a rental tell they could confirm it was a total loss and which it was so I asked them to again file the game alone with my clam they again said they would and they didn't and I'm now stuck with car notes because then they lied and camped that I never requested and there's nothing they could do and the credit union even agreed with them on it even tho I have proof other wise never go to this place unless u want your credit score and bank account severally screwed and have vehicle that don't run

I'd give absolutely ZERO stars if I could, I contacted Greg Hauk on 9/4/26 to have my (new to me)…read morecar tinted. And on the phone he sounded very dodgy and shaky my gut told me to just go somewhere else. But he assured me he could take good care of me and tint my vehicle. He told me to come by his house and give him the money (UP FRONT) which in itself sounded very sketchy. He stated that he needed the money to buy the film. Which was a complete utter lie. I trusted Greg because he was a old family friend of my aunt. Once I arrived at his house he kept going in circles telling me how hard it would be to tint my car and yadda yadda nonsense. He charged me $280 for what I thought would be the entire car but it turns out the sunroof is a accesory and not included (which he didn't state) he told me he would go buy the film because he "ran out". He said he'd call me that evening to tint my car he never called me back and I had to call/text him multiple times he sent me text messages complaining about how busy he was and something about his tooth. He said he'd come out to my house the next day 9/5/26 and I waited around at my house all day and even removed my stuff inside waiting for him to show. I texted him my address the night before and I waited all day until 6pm and told him to just give me back my money. He told me to give him one more day and I had a hair appt on sunday and din't have time to mess with him again. I called him at 7pm to see if he had my money and he said he could just come and do it on Sunday. 3 hours goes by and he shows up around 9pm and tinted the windows in the dark because he clearly wasn't wanting to give me my money back. He did such a terrible shoddy job, he kept saying how he's gonna take his time because his other job fell thru and acted like my car wasn't a priority. He kept cussing and saying how hard the back window is and I should give him a tip for coming and doing it EVEN after I paid him UPFRONT on 9/7/26 I woke up to go see the work in the daylight and there was bubbles EVERYWHERE and the cuts were AWFUL!! I called him right away and told him how bad it was in the daylight and he told me to come by his house. And he blamed his partner for the cleaning process which had NOTHING to do with the craftsmanship HE did. I do not blame his partner for NOTHING. I asked him for my money back again because it's gonna cost to remove this bad job and he showed me his phone and said he doesn't have the money and I'd have to wait on it so he said he'd come back again when he "finds the time" still after receiving the money all UP- FRONT. I told my family and they said that to just see if he'll refund it cause they don't want me to keep using there garage again and again. He said he'd give me back my $280 on 9/7/26 and he said he'd call me to meet up and he blocked me. His phone went straight to voicemail. I wouldn't recomend this tinter at all! He's the shadiest worst "business" owner I've seen and is VERY rough on the customers vehicles. He must've slammed my trunk hard at least 5 times! Stay away from Greg Hauk's window tinting. Will be filing a small claims on 9/8/26 along a complaint with the BBB.

They want you to fill our an online credit application which is an insecure Google Docs online form. They a few nice used cars that were overpriced compared to the market, and a lot of sketchy, high-mileage cars and trucks. It appears that they try to shuffle everyone to some dodgy high-interest hard case lender and look at you like an alien when you have good credit and are simply looking for a clean, reliable first car for your teenage daughter. I may be a woman, but I'm not an idiot. They would do well to remember that. If you're a cash buyer and willing to invest the time to play the game and negotiate, you'll be okay here. If you plan to finance through the dealer, especially if your credit is marginal, there are much better places to shop for cars with far better reputations.

I sat there waiting to get the paperwork finalized and completed, and all day all they did was "shoot the bull" with everyone but their customers and at 5:30 pm I was told the banks were closing and that they will call me at 10 am tomorrow to finalize everything. At 10:20 am I went back up there and they were not even open. After they did open I was told that they will call back in an hour. After an hour and a half I still hadn't heard from them so I had my husband call only for them to tell my husband that they are not going to work with me after all. Liars and scam artists is what they are!!!!! I wouldn't recommend a rat to them.
