They came out last Thursday to do an estimate. Once I approved the estimate, they had someone out within a few hours to do some led and asbestos testing (our house is really old). And they were here first thing the next morning to get started on the mitigation work. They were on time, polite and professional. Dan, the project manager, has been very easy to work with. We're first time homeowners and know nothing about this kind of stuff, so he very patiently walked us through the entire process and explained everything in great detail. We'll be using Alpine to do the repair work once the holidays are over. We will definitely call them again if needed (although I hope they won't be needed again!).

It has been weeks and no contact regarding the restoration. I have sent texts and don't even get an acknowledgement. My insurance contact said she would ask them to contact me. Still no contact, just a bill with no explanation or breakdown. According to my insurance this amount should include the restoration when you count my deductible, but no restoration has been done. If I have to pay additional for the restoration, we're SOL, being retirees. Now I'm wishing I read more recent reviews before calling them again.

The bathroom was down to the studs and needed plumbing and electrical upgrades along with everything else a bathroom is made up of. David showed me choices in vanity and tile and kept me up to date. Did my remodel in 3 1/2 weeks and that's with the tenant living there. This project involved drywall installation and fire tape finishing a storage room and utility room in my basement. They arrived early in the morning and completed the project that day. Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know.
