I used BASECo to fix a mystery leak in a downstairs room that had shown water entry a few times over an 8 year period. I could not figure out what was causing the leak, which only happened occasionally and without regularity to heavy rain, snow, etc. They came and quickly identified where the issue was likely occurring and described in detail how their waterproofing process does both sealing and water diversion of the affected area. Their demo team was very courteous and cleaned up their mess pretty well. They were also able to schedule me within a few weeks and this was great timing, as a lot of rain has come up where we live near Millcreek Canyon since then. After getting an estimate, I was told I had to pay half of it before they would even schedule my appointment. Then they told me they were 6 to 8 weeks out when the estimator said 3 weeks AND they could NOT schedule me because they didn't know when! I should have known right then and there and asked for my money back. But I didn't. They contacted me a week later and scheduled it for about 3 weeks after the estimation, just like he had said. They gave me a date and time (within an hour). That day and time passed and when I contacted them was told a job ran over and they couldn't make it until 4 or 5 hours later! I rearranged my schedule, emptied my closet, took down a shelf they told me to. Absolutely POOR communication. And they had a lot of my money for a month. Going with someone else.​​. This is probably the most unprofessional company we have ever worked with. They started a project in our basement and told us they were drilling the cement. They had their workers drill our tile floor. This is an older home, so these tiles could contain asbestos. We contacted the management immediately to let them know this isn't okay to do with out safety precautions. Their workers didn't even have on masks. The manager basically laughed and said we don't use air scrubbers. So we are now not only set back in our project, having to file MANY reports with Utah air quality, DOPL, and we have to have a company come scrub our home to get this remediated. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Please goto a company that knows what they're dealing with. We are SO LUCKY our contractor was here to let us know this isn't normal and where to report this to hold them accountable. Since they aren't taking accountability. This whole process has been miserable. I definitely recommend looking for a company who knows what they're dealing with in all aspects. read more

We just finished up a foundation repair with Base Co and we were very pleased with the entire experience. They had to install piers, it was intense for us. From the guy that gave us the bid to the office and the guys out doing the job... their experience shows. We got honest information along the way and other than having a delay or two which is pretty much expected... we were impressed with the final bill coming in under bid. Rock and Enrique from Baseco did not only do job, they delivered. Original estimate had to go up as my driveway and garage required additional poundage. The additional cost doubled but Rock, worked it down to less than 30% of original cost. To add to that, work was done with quality, in half the time & awesome tech.
