Tomato season is here again. If you like tomatoes you should get there rn because they will be gone soon. They have all kinds of little tomatoes and big gigantic heirloom tomatoes. If you like them sweet, get the orange yellow ones. They are sweeter than the red ones normally. They also have different products like cheese, eggs, nuts and local honey. If you like kombucha, try boochman. They have interesting flavors. If you like burgers try Hawaiian burger place that also sell BBQ chicken. Their chicken is pretty good I like them a lot but they also give you a lot of rice too so I can't finish half of it normally. But then they have Indian curry place that's in front of the chicken place so get the curry to go and I have that with the left over rice later. Every Sunday 9am to 1pm. Plenty of free parking but they get busy so get there early like right before 9. Or come very late so that you might get leftover didn't sell stuff for free or cheap. Check out the bread place when they are closing up. You might get some bread or pies that they didn't sell. Music, singing and dancing going on in the afternoon and get really crowded so I would go there first thing in the morning. read more

Go before the morning crush on a Sunday and get your pick of the fresh produce before the crowds. Farmers market officially kicks off at 9AM, but many vendors are setting up and open for business as early as 8AM. This is one of my top choices for farmers markets in the South Bay. Always the freshest of produce, vendors are generous and friendly and allow you to sample prior to buying and the flowers are always top notch and one of a kind! It's not overly massive and located in quaint downtown Campbell. Pop into Manresa Bread too for a caffeine kick and delicious pastry before/after you feast your eyes, get your bags of produce goodies and start your Sunday off the right way! Very charming market. Was in town visiting and my host said we had to check it out. And they were right. Lots of vendors. Interesting ones to boot! Lots of great ready to eat food options. Got some British scones with cream and jelly that were good. Bought some very delicious homemade chips from the Ohana Boys. Mushroom coffee mix. Dried apricots. By far my favorite farmers market! They have everything you can expect from a farmers market. Lots of yummy fruits and veggies, as well as flowers and accessories. I love how generous they are with their samples. I feel it's best to be able to taste what you're potentially buying. I definitely always stop at Beckmans stand. As well as the Indian stand that sells the the yummy sauces and breads. The pumpkin stuffed bread with the chicken tikka and garlic artichoke dip is my favorite together. Of course there are all the other shops that you can stop in at. We usually like to stop at the book store and my favorite boutique called Bombshell Boutique. All and all it makes for a fun easy Sunday morning where you can get a mixed assortment of everything. They also allow you to shop for fruits and veggies using EBT for anyone who gets food assistance. I also think it's cool that they will match how much you plan to spend up to 10 dollars I believe. read more

Downtown Campbell puts on good events, whether it's Boogie on the Bayou or this weekly farmer's market. It's great because you can casually walk through - there's a crowd, but it's not so crowded that it gets irritating - purchase or just browse, and there are even multiple vendors that offer samples. It's not just fruits and veggies either. You can get eggs, breads with dips, organic nut butters, and more. Plus, there are vendors that sell cooked food and the shops and restaurants along the street are open if you want to stop in. People have mentioned live music. Maybe I just haven't paid attention, but while I've seen it at special events, I haven't seen it at the farmer's market. Anyway, totally worth the time, and it's free to walk and browse. read more

This is a great farmers market, especially if you're looking for hot food options (I'd say one of the best in terms of variety). Merchandise and produce vendors sold apricots, hummus, strawberries, a variety of carrots with long green carrot tops (my bunnies' fave), and one of my faves, Far West Fungi. Hot food tents and drink offerings included tamales, dumplings, brazilian bbq, indian food, pizza, beignets, british scones, and hot and cold beverages from Cosmic Coffee stand. I picked up a delicious chicken pot pie and beef lasagna from Adorable French Bakery, and a yummy chicken pesto crepe from V&V food tent. All of the vendors were open and active with goods and services in stock even an hour before closing time. A balloon artist and live entertainment on site, the lone musician playing the pan flute for the crowd. Street parking easy to find a block away (the downtown garage available too, but it gets crowded and people drive super slow in there and block traffic). read more

I'm glad to see that this particular farmers market lasted through the pandemic. They shut down all the streets and they have a lot of food trucks in the front, vendors selling different produce in the middle and even some mom and Pop arts and crafts kind of like art and wine festival items! I was surprised to see so many organic items at the farmers market also! This is the best farmer's market in the South Bay. Went back and I saw that the beignet place made their changes, which I appreciate. Thank you for addressing my issue. With that, these beignets are some of the best bites to get on a Sunday morning. Every time I go to this Farmer's Market, it is lively, clean, and full of several vendors to choose from. There are plants, soaps, art, pastries, wine, and seasonal produce among others. I'm surprise I haven't reviewed this market yet as it was basically my introduction to farmers markets. Open 9-1pm on all Sundays (but 2 I think) , this is one of the better markets in the area. Loads of fruits and veggies with vendors offering samples, tons of gorgeous flowers, lots of food options and everything inbetween. There's so many quality vendors that this really is a place you can come and overspend without realizing. I definitely recommend coming early as it's easier to navigate the market, there's almost always a crowds so just bring your patience. read more

My absolute go to on Sundays. They have a little bit of everything and it's so fun to walk around and talk to people and see new things. This is one of my favourite Markets. Located in downtown Ca mpbell and definitely alot to choose from. Many local restaurants and coffee houses open on either side of the street if you choose. Great produce, fruit, pizza, kettle corn and various based goods. So very much to selection from and live entertainment as well. Great time of year to get out and walk and lots of great stores to purchase and shop local from. A definite plus to visit and lucky to have this so close to home. read more

One of the most popular and populated farmers market I've ever been to in the South Bay. It has a wonderful ambiance and vibe full of families. Come early to avoid the crowds or come in the late morning and enjoy people watching while having a coffee at one of the stores lining the street. While not among my very favorite farmer markets here in the San Jose area, I still really enjoy this one going down the main street of Campbell. They have lots of good options that you can purchase, the good old French bakery, several coffee shops along the way, great choices of fresh produce, even many artisan products. All of the vendors are eager to provide their first service The market goes straight down downtown Campbell surrounded by great stores, coffee shops, restaurants and even wine tasting. A Shot in the Farm I'm not sure if this is the OG Farmers Market in the South Bay, but this is certainly the one I've been going to the longest (well over ten years). The Good: *Great location in the heart of downtown Campbell (DTC) *Lots of vendors selling everything from fruits and veggies to pots and plants. *There's also quite a bit of food stalls to go along with the restaurants that line the area, as well. *Open every Sunday of the year, except for two (Oktoberfest [October] and Boogie Music Festival [May]) The Meh: *No dogs allowed (CA DoH rules), which actually could be a good thing depending on your feelings towards animals. Pro Tip: dogs aren't allowed *between* the stalls, but you can walk them on the sidewalks *behind* the stalls. The Ugly: *Parking can always be a bit of a shit-show in DTC, and it's exacerbated by the fact that three blocks are closed to traffic due to the market being open. TLDR: I'm not sure if it's "the best" farmers market, but it's certainly my favorite. read more

This farmers market is soo busy. It's larger than others I have been to in the area. It's in downtown Campbell, which is a nice spot, but it makes parking/driving there HELL. Last time I went on a sunny June weekend, there was no street parking down any of the nearby streets I could find, so I foolishly entered a multi level parking structure thinking of COURSE there would be parking in there, but I was very wrong. It was totally congested, so it took a long time to even turn back to exit the stupid building. And as I was finally pulling out of the parking structure, having not found a spot, I witnessed two women swearing at each other and yelling over who had the right to the parking spot one of them had taken. And separately, as I was turning the corner in one of the streets adjacent to the farmers market, another totally unrelated car with a male driver aggressively honked and flipped me off because I wasn't speeding down the damn street, trying to find a parking spot. I realize my review is mostly related to the parking which technically isn't part of the farmers market, but it IS isn't it? Since you HAVE to park to access it, unless you're walking distance to it, which most people aren't. The actually farmers market is, as previously mentioned, fairly large and quite busy. It's impossible to walk anywhere quickly, so if you're in a hurry, this is NOT the place to stop to get groceries. There are lots of strollers, ambling children, elderly and others walking slowly etc. Dogs on the sidewalks behind farm stands. It is nice on a sunny day if you have time for a leisurely walk, frequent stops, and are interested in local items such as honey and produce. Everything is appallingly expensive. For example, nectarines for $5/lb. I tried some, and they don't taste any different from nectarines you can get at a normal supermarket. Having to go through one of the most stressful parking situations I've had the misfortune to get into lately makes the farmers market, for me, not worth going to. The bad vibes outweigh the positive. read more

Came across this farmers market completely by accident during a Sunday coffee run and ended up strolling through the entire market! They offer so many diverse options of produce, meats, bread, flowers, you name it and they've got it. And if you're like me and rarely ever carry cash, you'll appreciate that a lot of the vendors have tap-to-pay and even accept Venmo. Towards the west end of the market is where you'll find a majority of the hot prepared foods. There was this intoxicating smell of something delicious cooking that was lingering throughout the block. I see a line forming to this tent selling Hawaiian poke and their signature onion burger! I can't remember the name of this business (sorry!) but you can't miss it from the smell of beef grilling and onions caramelizing. Unless you plan on arriving early, I wouldn't recommend parking in the Second Street Parking Garage. It was packed by noon and a headache to exit. Instead, we parked at the First Street Parking Garage which is just a across the street from the main street and you get to walk by the Campbell water tower. read more

I love the Campbell Farmer's Market! Truly the best farmer's market I've ever been to, cannot and has not been beat yet. I'm so thankful that they were able to pivot and move locations during Covid to keep the good produce and local vendors coming! Though I did really enjoy its location at the community center, I am so happy to see it back in downtown. I think it brings great vibrancy to downtown Campbell and the businesses there. I always find the best and freshest produce here at great prices. I also have become a regular shopper at many of their vendors including Bolani, Sugo, and some of the olive oil and seasoning spots that have popped up through the years. Can't forget about all the cheese and pastry vendors that popup too! It's always exciting to meet new vendors and try new products, especially when those products come from great businesses with great people and great missions. So thankful for the Campbell Farmer's Market connecting me with so many great local businesses and farmers! read more

We were on our way to the bakery Manresa, and found ourselves wandering around here. It's a really cool farmer's market and though they say no dogs on the main drag, some people ignored the signs. I love the produce especially the one that offered some of their sliced peaches! Soooooo good! The only thing I didn't like was the dim sum at the Dumpling King...not very authentic and the taste was off. Plus the workers were a little rude, especially to a fellow Asian. This farmer's market is open on Sundays from 9 AM to 12 PM. It is a mid-size farmer's market and it has everything one might need. There is a large choice of vegetables and fruits. So many various booths. I came around 12 PM on a Sunday and to my surprise, lots of booths still were in stock of a lot of produce. A couple booths were low, so come early for things like seafood and fresh bread. A lot of these places were cash only, but a good amount also took Apply pay and credit card! Bring cash just in case. Parking can be a bit packed! I recommend parking near the playground and baseball field. A light walk isn't too bad. read more

While I embrace the concept of a farmer's market, the reality is that it is a giant ripoff. The prices for everything are grossly inflated. You can buy the same produce in any supermarket for half the price. Since we're in California, I'm guessing the produce comes from the same place as the produce they are selling. As for the food vendors, well, in my opinion, they are highway robbers. $12 for a baked potato? $23 for a 10 inch pizza? I get that it is a fun place to hang out and be seen. I get the festival feel people get from being a part of the experience. I also get that you have the right to overspend as much as you want. I hadn't been in a while and I won't be going back. Grocery store produce is just fine for me. I can make my own baked potato for a couple bucks and I can get a decent sized pizza at Tomatina for $7.95. Bah humbug. read more

Great farmer's market! Favorite stalls: - Big Paw Olive Oil: they used to have samples back in the day and it's honestly what sold us. My favorite is the Blue Moon balsamic vinegar and California EVOO - Rodriguez Farms: their strawberries are SO good - I've noticed their prices sometimes change week to week though - Cosmic Coffee: such friendly service and amazing cold brew Parking is easy on the nearby streets and lots. read more

Love love love this farmer's market! The fact that's it's located in the heart of downtown Campbell is awesome in itself. You are surrounded by many restaurant establishments and stores. Parking is free in a few structures a block or two away from the main drag, no issues finding a space. Lots of fresh produce stalls, as well as flowers/plants, and local merchandise. The beginning of the market or start of the Main Street is where all the local eat stalls are located. You'll find a little bit of everything! We had dim sum , a short line, but worth it. Also tried a veggie garden crepe- large, and filled with fresh roasted vegetables like eggplant, mushrooms, arugula etc in a tangy dairy free sauce. Perused the hard apple cider stall and bought the blue angel (blueberry infused) and the cherry seinfeld ( cherry infused) , I have yet to try, saving it for the upcoming Fourth of July holiday. Hit the fresh corn stall and bought a bag of combo white/yellow corn- very good and sweet. The white corn was sold out!
