It was only after the appointment, only after I asked more questions did they tell me that they were out of network for my insurance. I am under a lot of stress lately and I can discuss my concerns without being guarded or embarrassed. He never over prescribes or covers his butt with unnecessary tests because he knows his patient and listens. The lost art of listening and also a measure of confidence and common sense. The clinic is becoming more efficient and I actually had my lab results within two hours of going home. The patient portal is working out well and I love the ability to email the doctor and his team and to receive a quick response. Many major improvements.

I would give her a 10 for dealing with Seniors as well as up front calls. Unfortunately I cant say that about the other staff . No doctor there- Just a medical assistant and PA . Going forward will go to the Pagosa Springs Medical center who has Doctors in the office as opposed to just a PA.
