As fearful as I was, the associates at this pace are simply amazing!!! My appointment was at 8am and altho they were running a little behind, they were extremely polite and updated me as to when I would be seen. The place is extremely clean! Everything is organized and runs rather smoothly once your in the back. The Dr is by the far the friendliest doctor Ive ever encountered! He spoke on my terms and explained everything I was experiencing to me in detail. Altho, I'm not a fan of hospitals or doctor visits, everyone here made my experience much more pleasant than my previous experience to the ER.

If you have a cold and he can prescribe you something, he usually doesn't make you do a visit which saves you money and aggravation. The nurses are also always very nice. They do their best to get you through the labs and ready for the doctor visit. A few years ago, they had a walrus inhabiting the receptionist desk. She was pretty rude, especially during the COVID lunacy. Thankfully, she has migrated somewhere else. The ladies at the desk now are very nice and helpful.

The second visit felt rushed, but it took me forever just to get in to see her so I didn't want to switch and have to wait again. The third visit there were billing issues that could have easily been resolved had someone taken the time to realize they were submitting the same diagnosis code twice for one visit. I've spoken to a friend who also sees her and had similar billing issues. It doesn't help that even when I schedule the first appointment of the day, it still takes 45 minutes before I even see the doctor.
