From the moment he walked in, he was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. He asked almost no questions, brushed off my symptoms immediately, and made it clear he had already decided nothing was wrong. The only thing he agreed to do was basic bloodwork, and he even told me upfront that they likely wouldn't call me with results... that I would have to chase them myself. After the blood draw, I was essentially forgotten about and left waiting for another 30 minutes for no reason. The nurse cut me off while I was trying to explain my symptoms. When I cautiously mentioned a condition I was worried about (very clearly stating I'm not a doctor), Dr. Aryanpure laughed and pulled up a photo of a severely deformed child and said, "This is what that looks like, you don't have that." As if that was an appropriate or professional response. I then heard him say outside the room, "Just give him a blood test." A week later, I went to a different doctor. She ordered bloodwork as well and actually reviewed it. She found multiple abnormalities that directly explain the symptoms Dr. Aryanpure dismissed as nothing. After wasting time and money at Bear Creek, I'm finally on a real path to recovery. If you want to be talked down to, rushed, and dismissed, this is the place. If you want thoughtful care, look elsewhere.

I am unsure if she got the messages or not. However, the office manager is the reason I am no longer a patient there. I have never had a balance with Dr. Grelle, and I have wonderful insurance through my job at Microsoft. However, I was charged a prescription refill fee that I had never heard of, nor was it communicated to me when I called the office, inquiring why the pharmacy was still waiting to refill one of my regular medications. When I asked for an explanation, I was confronted by an unprofessional, rude and racist office manager who tried to make it seem like I could not afford $15. I was only inquiring and trying to understand because I had never been charged this fee. Instead, the office manager, who assumed that as a minority, I was broke. She lacked the empathy to have a decent and professional conversation with me. I will never pay the $15, and I have no plans of ever returning to that office. I have shared my experience with several others now that I feel comfortable doing so, and I pray that others stay away from this office. I will not tolerate anyone speaking to me in that matter and treating me with no respect. I did not receive a return call or follow-up from the office regarding those messages. In March 2026, my care was abruptly terminated following an interaction involving office staff. At the time my care was ended, I did not have remaining refills on medications prescribed by this provider and was not provided assistance with continuity of care or a transition period to find another physician. In addition, it is extremely difficult to reach this office by phone, and wait times for appointments were frequently very long, sometimes exceeding 3 hours before being seen. Patients deserve timely communication, especially when they report urgent health concerns. If you experience similar issues related to patient safety or continuity of care, you may consider contacting the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners to file a formal complaint.

There is a feeling of being at home. I would say this office definitely stands behind their name- WeCare. This had never happened to me, as a younger man, so maybe I overreacted, but it kind of freaked me out, cause I suddenly became unable to move, just collapsed for a long while unable to get up. They took me into a room, where I told my story, and eventually heard the doctor talking with a nurse outside my room with my door closed. They said that the Patient in (My Room Number) is just trying to get free pills off of them and to just give me the pills I want to get off of and move on. They said it right outside my door, so I could hear, and insulted the person in "my room number" multiple times insinuating I was looking for drugs for more nefarious reasons.
