We had a big job, fencing in roughly an acre of land with a combination of fence styles to keep our very large dog safely in and on our 200 year old antique house and property in Wakefield. We got 4 bids, and Campbell's was not only the most competitive, Norman was the most responsive of the four. We hired him, and we are very pleased with the results. He and his crew worked fast but meticulously, they were friendly and professional, and they completed the job on time and on budget. He had excellent suggestions to keep our costs down and still achieve the desired goals. The privacy fencing and arbor are perfect. We've had several folks on our street stop and tell us how wonderful it looks. Across the back and through the woods, the black chain link really does disappear into the tree line! Part of the work we had him do was installing temporary chain link between our garage and house and garage and neighbors fence. Once we build a new garage we'll be hiring him to come out and install more decorative cedar picket fencing. We would recommend him without reservation, and the peace of mind I have knowing my dog won't single mindedly chase a squirrel or chipmunk into the road is fantastic. Five stars! Update, turns out my most beloved giant dog, my perfect gentle scardy cat who won't nose open a door or step over the vacuum cord (because it's attached to the evil vacuum!), is a bit of an asshole. Apparently an entire acre of cleared land and woods isn't enough for him, and he started going under the chain link fence. We'd opted not to run a line at the bottom of the chain link, because of the reasons I just mentioned. We got in touch with Norman who responded immediately and came out to run that tension line so our giant fence monster couldn't go underneath and find the rotting carcasses of small animals the coyotes leave behind anymore. They were either slow or sloppy due to overbooking. By the time I had another contractor coming to do the estimation a month later after I called I've already committed with Norman.
