I was in Antlers for work this week and my alternator decided it was ready to go to heaven. I live in Piedmont, 3 hours away and I was going to be stranded. With a recommendation from a local, I limped my truck to Campbell's to get it fixed. James and his son, Matthew were amazing. Due to supply chain issues, the part took longer to get than expected to find so they let me hang out with them for a couple of hours until it arrived. I got to know 2 of the finest people on this planet. They were so graciating, understanding and accommodating that I felt like family. As Matthew was under the truck and to expedite things, I offered to pay before they finished. James refused, said not until the work was done and I was satisfied. Who does that? Nobody likes to get their car repaired because we always feel like we're being had. These boys are legit!! Honest, Christian, good folk. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, gentlemen. read more

Very trustworthy and very satisfied with the work they did on my Honda Pilot alternator. Didn't try to sell me a battery and even checked up on me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. read more

Dont apply for a job here if you value respect, because you wont get it here for long. Both the GM and office manager are liars, and the service manager allows his feelings to dictate wether or not the work gets done on your car. I reached out with a concern about my car, and they put the faulty part back in my car and sent me to a different dealership.
