I gave Don's a call and they were kind, prompt, and no frills. I appreciated their directness in a time of stress. And they were kind enough to drop me off at my house while towing my car back to Auburn. Accidents are scary. It was exceptional to work with Don's No Preference Towing during this time. They claimed my vehicle was a total loss with a bent frame and they wanted the buy the title off from me. After a week, I replaced the lower control arm and ball joint and it was back on the road just like new. This place also charges a ton more than other surrounding places and I was charged a full day for my vehicle in their yard even though it got there at 11PM. They did not treat my vehicle well by getting a lot of dirt in it, and continuously forcing the door open past the fender when it wouldn't open the full length causing the fender to bend more than it already was and now a bend in the door. I would not trust this place every again with my own vehicles, and I hope no one else will either.
