On Thursday, my package was out for delivery at 7:01 am and returned back to the post office in the afternoon. It was finally delivered at 7pm that night!!! Yesterday I received an email at 6:01 am that my package was out for delivery. I got another email later on telling me that it would be delivered between 11am - 12:45 pm. It didn't arrive with the mail and was sent back to the post office. I checked later on and it wouldn't be delivered until 9pm that night?!?!!? It wasn't in the mailbox. I woke up this morning to an email that it was delivered at midnight?!?!?! It FINALLY showed up in the mailbox!!! I don't understand these postal workers. If a package is in your vehicle...DELIVER IT!!!

It came 2 days late but was told that's "normal". The lady was absolutely rude. Got loud with me. Got an attitude with me and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. The second I returned that attitude she decided to pass me to the stupervisor who then got an attitude with me because she asked how I was doing and I chose not to answer and decided to give me my package and tell me to leave. It's funny how people can dish it but can't take it. This place needs a serious customer service training. Or all new staff. She then told me to never come back. Which I won't because they are awful people. However, legally I can go back if I want to unless they trespass me, which they didn't. This place is alas all business and dour faces. :( Usually when I buy a roll of stamps, I get to pick what kind of forever stamps I want. The woman just charged me for the stamps and then handed me a roll of Christmas Forever stamps (this was in February) without telling me first they ran out of other styles. Because she had already rung it up, I walked out of there grimacing with my ugly Christmas Forever stamps. Oh well - I needed the postage. They get the job done though.
