Our entire community complains weekly how our packages aren't going to our post office. They leave Gallatin, and poof. Not sure if one of their drivers is a thief or they are taking it to Gallatin dump, but we aren't getting them and neither is our post office.

There was a long line to the door but it went very quickly and the staff were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. The employee I spoke to gave me a number to call which was helpful. That number got in contact with our mail carrier and she called me directly to tell us which number was ours. All three employees I spoke to were all very kind which made for a great first impression of the town we moved to from another state. There's a lot of parking available for this post office and it's easy to get in and out of. The lobby was clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessities for sending mail. I haven't utilized other services here but definitely will in the near future.

He was helping my mom and I was on the phone with my mom throughout this entire ordeal and he was speaking down to her, asserting his dominance, and overall just being a terrible person. My mom went to go ship a package for me. I had a prepaid priority flat rate label and so the flat rate box is included. She asked which box she should use for the flat rate and Matt pointed her to the brown boxes (the wrong boxes). Then when she went to go ship it they charged her for the box and refused to give her her items back when she didn't want to ship anymore. The person she asked for help lied to her and then wouldn't give her her items back. This is theft. My mom eventually just paid for the box and then he refused to give her the full receipt for the tracking info because the bottom part would contain info on reporting him, etc. (see pic) Honestly it's pretty concerning looking at the copious reviews about how terrible the staff is. He always has a very bad attitude and seems as though you are a burden to his day. They also refuse to assist customers with basic postal needs such as assistance in box sizing, tracking numbers and tape. Instead they request that you PURCHASE tape instead of supplying it for a basic package need. Really? That's like walking into FedEx and them saying they have no boxes. I avoid using this post office as often as possible but when I have no other choice, I am truly disappointed each time.

This particular branch: I've never had a USPS that won't let me pick of MY OWN MAIL. but apparently the "post master" says you can't pick up. Which this is the only branch I've seen to do that. If you read my reviews on yelp. You'll see it takes a lot to get lower than 3-4 stars because I don't believe in public bashing.
