The only reason it got one star is really the only thing nice about it was the pool and you better be using it before the hours of 3-5pm after that it's full of kids and it's not a big pool maybe 10-12 wide and maybe 20 long!. So I drove through the park half of it is nice and the other half is kind of run down. So knowing what the rates were I decided to go in and ask. The gentleman behind the desk wasn't very inviting. So on their website it states their monthly rate is 350 and 400 for the new site when I inquired about the rates he told me 375 and 450 for the new site. So just the fact that he lied to me I would never give him my business and if the rates have changed and that needs to be reflected on their website. Aside from all of that The park is very hard to get to. There is construction going on on the freeway and you have to go down a few miles to turn around to get to the park. But the one thing I can't stand is someone that Jack's up prices just because. For the price that he is asking for 550 a month you can find way nicer parks in the Victoria area.

Before we purchased our first car (2017 Mirage) from Atzenhoffer, I called a different dealership that was advertised as the "volume dealer" in Texas. I asked for the "out the door price" and my vehicle trade-in value. A salesperson called me back and said the used car manager would take an hour to determine the trade in value (it was a 20 year old Saturn), but it would probably be between $250 and $750 which was fine. He said the price of the new car we wanted was "X". I said I'd have to think about it. An hour later a different salesperson called and said he was the previous salesperson's manager and that he could authorize the price of the new Mirage to be "Y". Ugh! I could see where this was going. An hour later yet another person called and said that he was the 2nd caller's boss and could authorize the new car price to be "Z". At this point, I was exhausted thinking about dealing with those people, driving to the city, AND spending an hour with my "good old girl" Saturn on the lift so they could decide what NOT to give me for a trade-in value. I took a chance and called Atzenhoffer. I love driving to Victoria and figured after the fiasco with the "volume leader" place, I would see what they had to say. I called and got Jeff Smith on the phone. At this point my patience was already thin because of the other dealership. I said "I need this car with these features, I have a '97 Saturn to trade-in, and I need an out the door price". He called me back in 15 minutes, had exactly what I wanted, and gave me an out the door price within $100 of what took 3 phone calls to the "volume dealer", (more like bs dealer). He also said they'd give me $500 for my trade. I said "just like that, no hour in the shop?". He said "nope." We drove straight to Atzenhoffer in Victoria after that call. We met with Jeff and took our new car for a test drive. He filled out all of the paperwork quickly, (wonderful penmanship by the way), then took us to see Raymond in Finance. Raymond is extremely knowledgeable about financing vehicles, the best way to go about it, and super fast. By the way, his electronic desk is the coolest thing ever. Give them chance, and you'll see what I mean. We were in and out in no time with the best car buying experience I've ever had. No bs, upfront BEST price, and very friendly. Never once did I feel like Jeff was going to "go see what his boss says about the price". If you need a new car, go see Jeff Smith. Atzenhoffer has many new cars for the same price as many places has used ones so why wouldn't you? I can't say enough that Jeff is the best. We have purchased 2 vehicles so far (the first got totalled by baseball sized hail) and my kids are now 16 and 17. I have no doubt that will be going back to see him. Thanks Jeff!

Between charity/and her husband Manager they do not know how to run the park. The owners have no idea how they are trying to run this park. They CANT AND DIDNT pass water inspection.. the bathrooms always have pee on toilet and floor along with no toilet paper . The shower and restrooms are for people in the park that is suppose to be FREE!! But all the sudden they want $20 CASH a month to use and she admitted to keeping it for her self because she doesn't get paid to clean the restroom. Also overflow parking was free but she is now charging $40 extra dollars a month CASH. The owner has no idea about any of this. I wouldn't recommend this park.

I drove 5 hours, hooked onto my trailer and started driving to Bailey Toliver RV. I called to let them know I was on my way. JD told me the person resigned so they don't have someone to inspect trailers. The. I almost lost it. A whole day wasted. JD asked me to hold on, he called another place and made arrangements for me to go there and get my trailer inspected. JD totally saved the day...literally. I was able to get the trailer inspected within an hour. That's true customer service! Giant thanks to JD.
