The restaurant have enough selection to try for a whole week and more, and everything i tried was delicious/fresh! My coworkers and I enjoyed having a beer in the patio just outside the hotel in the rain, and I miss that. The room was a bit old, but was very clean and well stocked. Overall, it was a lovely stay :)

Obiecywanego czosnku i majeranku z lupą by szukać , także w smaku. A rolę garni pełniła szaro bura kupka rozgotowanych do granic możliwości warzyw. Postanowiliśmy raz jeszce dać szanse kucharzowi i wypróbować specjalności szefa ,banana w nalesniku. Niestety , także i tu owoc był częściowo zimny , częściowo gorący ( czyżby niesprawny sprzęt kuchenny !) a konsystencja i smak sosu pozostawiały wiele do życzenia... Wyszliśmy po zapłacenia sowitego rachunku,żegnani całkowitą obojętnością kelnera a Pałac Sieniawa do kiepskiej kuchni dołączył jeszcze braki w wyszkolenia personelu. Najlepsze danie tego wieczoru ? Herbata. Ale to już chyba nie zasługa wspomnianej szefowej kuchni...

It's spacious and airy and nicely decorated. The food was delicious. The żurek (my fave) was thick and delicious and filled with egg and kielbasa. The rosół (chicken noodle soup) was also delicious and piping hot. Grandpa had the grilled chicken with veggies and a plate of side salads. He liked it so much he didn't even let me try any. I had the beef cheeks braised in some onion sauce - it was spectacular and full of flavor. The noodles with spinach (kopytka) were great as well. Kids had crepes with cheese and fruit compote. Overall, delicious meal, huge portions, friendly service, albeit a little slow. High marks for dinner there.

I had questions. Rather than responding to me in English, which she said she knew what I was saying, doesn't make eye contact with me, AND responded in polish.... -1 if you don't speak polish -The room is dark! There are mini lights around the room but there is no center light so I had to move the floor lamps around. -1 -Bathroom, only provide 2 mini lotions and 2 mini shampoo/body wash, 2 bars of mini soap, and bacteria wipe.... The tub is very high up so sorry to all the short legs. Setting the water temperature is terrible! A quarter size shower door so water everywhere. Very lame! -1 -All the rooms are open so from the noise from the lobby bounces noises to all the rooms. Pretty but noise level? Terrible. There was a dog barking in the level and it traveled to all the rooms. Also, they are also playing piano in the lobby. Yea, not a quiet place. -1 Overall, I'm super disappointed for this place. Won't come back. Also, parking is 45PLN and breakfast buffet is 60 PLN. If you have to check out early before restaurant is open, they will give you a to go bag which you can't pick what you want so be mindful when you add buffet to your room. Oh I forgot, the fridge! If you don't put your card down, they will lock the fridge as they will it up in hopes you grab it. So if you want to use the fridge, be careful of all the crap they fill in the fridge. Ah, right. The pool was out of service. DO NOT BOOK ON WEEKEND! There is a club and it's plays music starting at 9pm and until early morning.... Hotel can't do anything about it.

This hotel tries really hard at providing a somewhat luxurious/elevated/high-end experience, but in the end, it's a rather awkward yet still enjoyable hybrid. I've stayed in it twice and it delivered on all the necessary fronts: breezing through check-in/check-out, cleanliness of the room, the responsiveness of the concierge, quality of the food available, Wi-Fi connectivity. Navigating through the hotel is a bit convoluted, as the Deluxe rooms are in a separate building but it's nothing too time-consuming. The sensual, IKEA-eque artworks are a strange choice of decor sprinkled through the hallways though. One thing that was quite amusing was the multiple misspelling in their printed materials ("dail" instead "dial", "dailing" vs "dialing"). See if you can spot them all when you'll visit. There was quite a lot back in April/May 2019. Lastly, if you book through their website you get a 15% discount on all rooms & a 10% discount at their Capella restaurant. Don't ever pay full price unless you absolutely have to.
