I received 3 different uniforms my son needs for his team and every single jersey is messed up, when i reached out to customer service i was asked to take pictures of front and back and email them to them along with the explanation of what the issues were, no big deal did exactly as asked and then received an email stating to please send the same exact information again so I do so again and reiterate the conversation had with Jaden as well as copying/pasting previous email along with another explanation of the issues with the jerseys and more pictures, at this time i still have not heard anything back nor have they handled the situation at hand. I would not suggest using this company for your teams uniforms unless you want your players to look completely ridiculous out on the field. If you're looking for your team to look like clowns this company has you covered, but if you are looking for quality, sharp, and well put together do NOT use this company. The customer service is terrible and quality, there is none. I an very very disappointed all the way around with soccer.com. I suggest using anyone other than this company.
