This has been the worst experience ever! In all my years of purchasing uniforms for my boys for their uniforms for the teams they play on. I received 3 different uniforms my son needs for his team and every single jersey is messed up, when i reached out to customer service i was asked to take pictures of front and back and email them to them along with the explanation of what the issues were, no big deal did exactly as asked and then received an email stating to please send the same exact information again so I do so again and reiterate the conversation had with Jaden as well as copying/pasting previous email along with another explanation of the issues with the jerseys and more pictures, at this time i still have not heard anything back nor have they handled the situation at hand. I would not suggest using this company for your teams uniforms unless you want your players to look completely ridiculous out on the field. If you're looking for your team to look like clowns this company has you covered, but if you are looking for quality, sharp, and well put together do NOT use this company. I ordered a pair of $200 cleats with a confirmed delivery date of April 7th. A month later, on May 7th, I still do not have them. The shipping process was a disaster from the start. After my package sat motionless in a FedEx hub for days past the delivery date, I took the initiative to call FedEx myself. They openly admitted there was a problem and stated that they needed the sender (Soccer.com) to initiate an investigation. When I brought this to Soccer.com, their customer service was beyond insulting. Despite FedEx confirming the shipment was compromised, Soccer.com refused to look into it until "8 business days" had passed. Their "solution"? They actually suggested I spend another $200 to buy a second pair and have them overnighted. To make matters worse, I later found out they used the cheapest possible bulk-shipping method, meaning my individual package didn't even have its own dedicated tracking number. Every representative--including the supervisor--ignored the fact that their own email promised an April 7th arrival. I eventually bought the shoes from a different vendor and received them the very next day. I had to involve my credit card company to reverse the charges because Soccer.com refuses to take responsibility for a package that never arrived. Another month goes by and it's pushed out an additional month. I call them and they told me it was shortage issue in the size. So I changed the size. It still took another 3 weeks and he won't have his uniform for his first game. Got an email early Thursday morning saying it was shipping. I ordered the uniform, which i do not understand why you have to have one. I did the 2 day express shipping, which is high, only to find out i should receive the package on Janiary the 6th. Once ordered you can not cancel. If the website stated the expected ship date prior to me paying i would not have ordered. I do not know how much of an issue this will cause with the 4 day camp not having a uniform. If there is not an issue then there is not a purpose in having to order the uniform in the first place. They hid all the posts on their Facebook page from consumers who never got their orders or their orders are severely delayed. That's shady in and of itself. Their shirts are itchy and cheap. The shorts are so thin they're see-through. The socks are way too thick for soccer socks. Customer service representatives are rude and snarky. They ship their orders several weeks after the order was placed, and they won't refund you for any reason. Save your money and go anywhere else. I placed my order in July and paid for 2-day shipping. $113 for two shirts, one pair of socks, and one pair of shorts. Shirts and socks took 7 weeks to arrive (got them September 1st) and the shorts arrived finally twi days ago. We're more than half way through the season. When my order was already 5 weeks out, I reached out and tried to cancel my order since I paid for items to be used this season, not for less than half a season- they're basically worthless. The email responses I received were terrible customer service, useless boilerplate language, and passive aggressive and unprofessional snark. They basically said that I should have been aware they are contracted to customize orders, so they are all nonrefundable. It is unreasonable to assume customers are aware of a company's various contracts. It is also unreasonable and unprofessional to throw that in their face when they want a refund for items that are for a specific season that is already almost over, especially when that order was placed nearly two months prior. They have zero incentive to ship orders on time since as soon as the order is placed they have your money, a policy that prevents returns under all circumstances, and the gall to ship it essentially whenever they like, regardless of when the order was placed. read more

I would give a zero if I could. The company sent the incorrect sizes for uniforms ordered. It seems there was a technical issue on their end. They sent me to all different customer service agents, no one knowing what I spent the last person about. I reached out to ask for the correct sizes and they told me I needed to reorder everything at my expense. I wouldn't trust reordering from this company because I believe the same thing would happen again. I was also not given the option to not order parts of the uniform we already had. Pictures of the damage were sent as proof of damage, and the cleats were discarded as they were useless. It is a shame what a downturn this company has taken! I have used them for years and spend thousands and thousands of dollars and I am going to find a new company now. I have given them chance after chance over the last six months and they continue to fail and fail and fail. They want to blame it on Covid, and at what point are they going to suck it up and take responsibility.
