I brought my friends here to camp after a day in Venice. We were coldly greeting, and quickly found a bedbug infestation in our tent beds. When we told the workers, they got angry and refused to admit bedbugs or let us switch rooms. They wouldn't even let us pay to upgrade to another room. We were forced to pay for the night without staying to prevent getting the bedbugs. They told us to "get the hell off our property," because they were afraid others would hear of the bedbugs. Horrible service, horrible workers, horrible place. Please, whatever you do, never come here. Worst experience ever. read more

This campsite is based just outside of Venice. They run a bus shuttle from the main canal laded…read morestreets off the island to this part of the main land. They charge a small fee and ticket these trips after your first initial transport to get settled in. We had a small chalet which was great and had plenty of room to sleep and relax in. As a bonus welcome you also get discount off an evening meal. There's a restaurant on site as well as so many other facilities. There's a great outdoor pool and jacuzzis to be had, a small gym and ping pong table. At night there's a small club that opens up where there's usually some sort of themed party devised by the other people staying at the mini resort.

I can't believe nobody has ever written about this place. This place is really amazing. Huge…read morecampsite with nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Very close to Marco Polo airport and this means outside of the Venice island. But don't worry. They have two way shuttle service1 . Stuff very nice and there is typical Mediterranean hospitality. Prices at restaurant and bar are fine and especially pizzas are great. I will upload some photos some time :) [1] Shuttle timetable (15/05-31/10) 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 18:30, 20:30, 21:30 and 22:30.
