When they wanted our case, Camps couldn't have been more helpful. One year later I am still chasing them for information and updates. They constantly palm me off with, "The courts are slow or they've requested more paperwork." Now apparently, the courts have lost my sons birth certificate. I have phoned so many times asking for someone ANYONE to have the courtesy to contact me with an update and all they say is, "The courts are slow," I haven't received ONE promised phone call from the office, even when DAN ASSURED me that unlike the others, he could hear how frustrated I was and would call me today,,,, I've heard NOTHING and he's the file manager or whatever he called himself!! I'm so disappointed and frustrated with Camps lack of effort to send me even a one liner email telling me the current situation (changed or not). I only found out that the courts had lost our son's email because I RANG THEM AGAIN!!!
