No Wi-Fi means the machine will not work meanin you can't do laundry n now you have to stay cuz you added money to the damn app. Staff didn't help, all they do is "‍ idk I'll be back on when it's on‍." As they are still trying to ring in customers knowing their stuff doesn't work. Not to mention like 75% of the washer and dryers in the places are "Employee use only" meaning if u get there on a busy time, then ur really fucked. Here's my advice, the money you want to spend here use it somewhere else. I honestly should've stayed with Sip N Wash on 2818, who give MUCH better service and the rates are flat. "Gr8" Laundry- Cold-$4 Warm $4.50 Hot -$5 Sip N Wash- Cold- $3 Warm-$3 Hot-$3 Everything here is not worth the headache, nor the poor service. Please save ur time, and ur energy somewhere else.

Also, the bar and stools provided do not match up; I'm a tall person but I felt like a kid sitting at the bar, which is where the outlets are if you need to charge your device. When I moved to the lounge chairs, they are old, with a lot of the covering stripped of, showing the fabric underneath, and when you sit in them, there is no practical padding left, and you sink to the boards underneath. They advertise themselves as a replacement for Harvey Washbangers, but they fall well short of that mark. On the plus side. The lounge chairs are an easy fix, as is having their vendor replace the soda and snack machines with units that accept electronic payments. The only difficult part would having the bar lowered to a reasonable height. In short, not as pleasurable an experience as Harvey Washbangers (even when I didn't get food or drink), but a serviceable laundromat, if they will make minor changes.

Seems as though everyone in town parks here and throws their dip on the ground. The owner should have the parking lot sprayed down at least a couple of times a week. You can pay with quarters or you can get the DexterPay App and pay that way. The app charges a lot more though. Definitely the nicest laundromat in town. The address keeps showing up as E Milam Ave but the actual address is 1529 Milam Suite A. It's in the same plaza as Stoney's Liquor, across the street from Tractor Supply.

I left for about 45 minutes came back and opened up a dryer full of disappointment. My clothes were still wet and there were no hot spots anywhere. So I brought my problem to the attention of the woman who works there. I got the response of "It's not my money to give away." and then she calls the owner. She gave me three quarters and says the owner was on his way up here so I waited for about 20 minutes. He shows up, talks to the woman, and you can hear him say that it has to be put on hot. So... he acknowledged there was an issue with his dryers. I did not receive the other half of my money nor an apology for the inconvenience. He told her to go ahead and leave for the day and both of them (along with another girl that was with the woman) were out of there faster than a fat kid in Dodgeball. That's where my calmness ended and the colorful words came flowing out of my mouth. That's not how you run a business. You really need to place signs up letting your customers know that your dryers have TWO settings...line dry and the depths of hell. Oops...But then your business will take a hit.
