DO NOT COME HERE!!!! VERBALLY ABUSED!!!!! I went in to buy coils for my vape and when I installed them, I realized they gave me the wrong ones that weren't for my device. When I came back in hopes of getting the coils exchanged for the ones I initially wanted I was met with hostility. The employee who owns/works there began to curse at me in Hindi thinking I didn't know what he was saying. He was visibly angry that I came in saying he gave me the wrong ones. He began to yell and curse me out. He took my property and I had to yank it out of his hand to get it back. As I was leaving he kept on cursing at me and told me to never come back to his property. I cant believe a business would verbally abuse their customers over the fact they were given the wrong product. Never shop here if you can avoid it. Businesses like this don't deserve to stay open if they abuse their customers. ASAP is much nicer and their products are cheaper. They even let you test it out before you leave :) read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The owner BROKE my vape pen, and wouldn't replace the part he broke. He told me that his business would not run if he didn't talk people into buying the wrong things (he tried to sell me 50mg nic juice instead of 15). Everything he sells is way over priced, the mouth piece he broke is usually 14.99 and he wanted to sell it to me for 20 even though he broke it. He broke my pen by putting the coil in the wrong way... definitely avoid this place. If it were possibly I would give them negative stars. My boyfriend and I would go here all the time as they are so close to where we live. The other night we went in and even though it was late, there were plenty of other people there as well buying things. When we go we ofter stand towards the front but still off to the side so other people can still look and get to the register to decide which item(s) we want to purchase. Last night when they finally got to us the man goes, "HURRY UP." Needless to say, we were not about to give these people our business after they talked to us like that. if i could rate campus smoke shop 0 stars i would with absolute pleasure. the audacity this establishment has to charge me $30 for a pack of juul pods that are CLEARLY $16 on the website. unless these pods are made of gold, i would advise you to go LITERALLY anywhere else. the sass and unprofessionalism i received from the employee working, asking me to buy his stock (of 1,000) for the store in order to receive a refund is beyond words. this place is nothing but a scam. simply pass this store down tennessee and make the extra 5min drive to Sunstop to save $15 is worth it. i'm disappointed and dissatisfied with this sad excuse of a smoke shop ripping off college students. plus it honestly smells bad in there. i made a yelp account simply to warn future shoppers of such a disappointing establishment. read more
