The sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable. The quote for our iPhone 5c screen was $140 (in the ballpark of other places we found online). We ended up holding out for a Black Friday sale but I would definitely return here again! Hopefully for preventable reasons like a screen protector ;-)

I took my lap top in to get the battery replaced as it wasn't holding a charge while plugged in. Here was the issue: They had my lap top for at least 3 weeks and didn't get ahold of me. I had to call to remind them that I needed to pick it up. They told me there was no charge as they couldn't fix it. I took it home and realized all my programs were deleted ie: all Microsoft programs, Adobe and MS project. All gone. My computer had been wiped clean. I called and asked what happened and I got nothing but excuses... the tech told me someone else at his shop had done this and he wasn't responsible but he knew about it. I was so upset. He told me to bring it in and they would fix it for free. I learned later that all that needed to be replaced was the cord. So instead of checking they messed up my hard drive and deleted all programs and files. Brutal! Never use these guys. Ever! They deleted all my business files, programs and hard drive information and didn't tell me and never would have if I didn't bring it up. User beware!
