Paul and his team are absolutely amazing. We are very happy with his sales team, RV Tech and Paul…read morehimself. They made the whole process seamingless and he had my new Zinger trailer delivered in awful weather and conditions. He had to make another trip to Southampton to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend if you are buying a trailer or RV to only go to Hitch and Go. They will have you covered .

So we had some repairs on our R. V. trailer done by Hitch N' Go Rv Inc in Delhi, thought we'd give…read morethem a try. Total nightmare and waste of time and money. One repair was to put on a new trailer light/brake plug on. Upon completion of repairs we returned to pick up our trailer, plugged in our curt echo wireless brake controller. Continued to plug in the newly rewired trailer plug, Tam went to the back of the trailer to do a light check. The left signal light from our car sent power to the right signal light on trailer and right signal from our car to the left signal on the trailer. Tam came back to the back our car and smelled smoke. Unplugged the trailer plug from our car and got the mechanic to come out. He slid the boot back off the plug and said O, then continued to take the wires off the new plug. He said that the plug was wired correctly we must have plugged it in upside down. The plugs are hard plastic with a one way slot and keyway so it plugs in one way. If we had plugged it in upside down it wouldn't reverse the tail lights on the trailer, just blow the fuse in the car with a dead short. In the car while doing the signal check it called out a signal light fault for the left and right side trailer signal lights. Also the 15 amp 12 volt trailer supply fuse in the car blew. Paul the manager I believe, came out and we tried to tell him what happened but the mechanic had already taken apart the correctly wired trailer plug. Mechanic insisted we plugged it in upside down. Paul said he'd look after getting a new curt echo controller. Two days later on a Friday when they said that the new curt echo controller would be in we were told we'd have to pay for it as it was our fault. Hitch n' Go knew we were leaving the next day on holidays and informed us Paul wouldn't be back until Monday. Found another controller Friday hit the happy trails the next morning. Big lesson learned, stick with the tried, tested and true repair shop!
