The owner Pablo is a great guy, who wants a fun time, good vibes, great food. Their music playlist is excellent coming (from an American), though it's mostly Spanish folks in the restaurant.
The food is inventive and multicultural, leaning towards Spain and Mexico (the owner is Argentinian). It was quite a bit higher priced than Barcelona, but our dinner was under $100 for two people including a bottle of wine and three large tapas.
We had the cerviche, which had mussels, shrimp, calamari, really good. A side of cabbage with chimichuri and a delicious thousand island-like sauce. We also ordered the fish special, which was monkfish with hen of the woods mushrooms. So good!
Definitely recommend if you are in Tossa.
