If I could give this place zero stars I would, let's start with the service as you enter, yes they…read morehand you a drink upon arrival, that's about as customer service as it gets. If you need a pool towel or iron they as you leave a deposit, I've never in my traveling experience had someone ask for a deposit. This stay was suppose to be all inclusive, but it's far from it, the drinks from the buffet and the pool bar are included in this all inclusive but they close early so every other bar in the hotel asks you to pay for your drinks. The "all inclusive" drinks are watered down. Once the buffet is closed there's no other option for food. We used the pool once, we witnessed a worker rinsing off a towel in the pool? My boyfriend went to use the restrooms and the doorknob fell off leaving him locked inside for half an hour while the staff looked for someone to help. Not once did they apologize. The rooms reak of mold! Don't smell underneath the beds. The AC leaves you sweating, but the worst of it all: THE BATH WATER IS SALT WATER NOT FILTERED OR CLEANED. The buffet was absolutely disgusting,we chose to eat out everyday because I can't stomach tasteless food every meal. If this doesn't give you a good idea of what your stay will be like I don't know what will. Please consider a different hotel, if you insist in all inclusive there's a far better one at the palladium I wish we had stayed in.
