Terrible service from booking agent. Exam was originally booked for a routine/appendix ultrasound with no questions asked. Two days before my exam, the booking coordinator refused to do both so I either did my appendix or my women's routine Exam. Ended up cancelling as she even changed my location further without notifying me or asking me. How hard is it to do both at the same time? No wonder why our health care system is the way it is. Now, if something happens with my health it will be on Canadá diagnostics as they refused to do my prescribed women routine one. read more

I recently had ultrasound at Glenmore Landing. Paul was my ultrasound tech. Thank you Paul for doing such a professional and thorough job till you found my appendix hidden, and showed me a diagram. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Dr. Cory Taylor, my apologies for not listening to you and going to emergency immediately as you recommended. I went the next morning because my doctor yelled at me, and I'm glad because that propelled me to move. And in time. Even tho I spent more than 6 hours waiting in the emergency room, once it was determined my appendix was leaking, the surgeon and his team moved forward and surgery took place. Dr. Taylor, as you may have seen on my health records, I am a cancer patient, I have had so many ultrasounds and ct scans over the last 5 years, I think my body rebelled at having to be subjected once again. I had an appointment for pain management at Glenmore landing. As usual, front staff and tech were wonderful. I should have know to be skeptical of the radiologist I had due to the weird position I was placed in for the injection into trochanteric Bursa, flat on my abdomen (6 months post hernia repair), but also 18 month right post knee replacement. Also, left knee bent out to side. I was not in a yoga class !! Having to be in position, then radiologist called into room. If radiologist has done this procedure before, the time it took for her to inject freezing, then the medication, I would be surprised she has this before. After numerous attempts to inject and the stabbing, nerve pain, she took at least three times longer than another radiologist the week before with his expertise he was done in no time. I finally asked what was wrong, with my anxiety mounting. After finally finished, radiologist exited room, no explanation of why it took so long, or the stab of pain explained , the technologist said she had trouble injecting medicine as she could not push medication through needle. I think this radiologist was a Wham Bam, thank you mam, but maybe she requires more instructions when things go wrong, and maybe some reassurance during unexpected problems, also called bedside manner read more

The staff in front and technicians were very courteous, friendly, kind and professional. The appointment availability is great and the appointment are on time. No sitting for hours. Prompt and finished on time. The only downfall is parking. But will definitely recommended to others. read more

After they cancelled my appointment because it ran past their check in time, she said the next available appointment is July 29. That's nice...I had to wait a month for this appointment and now I have book time off work again and wait another month and 1/2 for an appointment. Wondering if they are getting paid for these cancelled appointments at our expense. read more

Terrible experience. Worst receptionist service ever. The receptionist snapped at me for bringing both my young sons in and told me that the other child should be at home with the other parent. I then had to disclose in front of the whole waiting room that I was a young widow and that there is no other parent. she then instructed us to sit in the hallway. We waited in the hallway for an hour and a half, watching other people come and go. I finally stuck my head in the door to ask if it was almost his turn and she said he could come in but not me. My son is 10 and autistic and has extreme anxiety and ptsd and trying to get an xray is not an easy task. I explained this but she wouldn't budge. So he went in and when he came out was bawling and scared. I'll never go back there again. read more
