I called them for a move and was quoted between $800 and $1,000 which I was fine with . A week later we set up an appointment for him to come and view what he had to move and he never showed up . They had some heavy bulky items to move in tight areas and they did it with a great attitude. They worked well as a team without any complaints. I think they may be under new management. They charged me $2500 for packing 20 or so boxes. Took…read morethem 12 hours and 2 crews to do this in a 2 bedroom apartment. Left me with a huge mess and all the furniture to be moved. They had rescheduled the moving but was going to be even more money. Many tenants so the packers walking around the apartment building hallways or lounging in the truck for hours at a time. I unfortunately left the apartment at 830am for them to work and went back to check things at approx 3pm. The only thing done at this time was dishes and kitchen stuff. I understand it was a large job, but it should never have taken this long or be priced so high. I feel taken advantage of and will be seeking legal council. The pics I have added are after myself and others took out several boxes ourselves.

He refused to talk to us or return our calls. Told us to claim through our insurance it was too expensive for him. We were only covered for theft from storage . Trusted him -no procedure followed no record of box numbers on packing invoices. SHADY to say the least.
