A year ago, I tried taking my G test with instructors from other driving schools and ended up failing twice. I had to get my G2 all over again so I went back to Zameer and he helped me passed again in Aurora (First try!). Today we went to take my G test and I FINALLY PASSED!!! I am so happy that I decided to go back to Zameer, I wish I went to him earlier for my G. He is the best instructor, he gives you all the tips and tricks to being a safe and confident driver in order to pass all the road tests. I highly recommend him, especially if you're a new driver and can't get much practice on your own. His driving school is award winning (2018 and 2019 consumer choice award, and 2019 top choice award). You know you're in good hands!

My instructor is really patience and careful. He is always on time and if something happen he let you know right a way. My experience: Try to finish in- classes lessons as soon as possible so you do not need to cancel your plans because you want to go out or do something on the weekend. It is 5 hours straight (2 breaks) but anyway. Try to schedule your in-car lessons as soon as you finish your last one. So you do not need to wait for instructor availability. I never drove before so it was really good to learn and have this school " around " me anytime I need. No late responds, clear explanations of everything what you need. The instructor, Saad, and I agreed to meet up at 12:30 pm, but 30 minutes before our meeting he suddenly texted to change it to 2:15 pm I could not make it since I had other plans. I got fed up because this wasn't the first time he switched the meeting time at the last minute so I called the school to ask if they could switch my instructor. Guess what happened? They told me to pay 40 dollars for the cancellation fee when Saad was the one who repetitively changed the meeting time at the last minute. Additionally, at the end of my first lesson, he pulled out his phone and started filming me, and pressured me to talk about how much of a "great instructor" he was. Not to mention that during the lesson, he played a recorded video of another student complimenting his lesson. He also followed me to my workplace (as I had my work shift just after my driving lesson), and he started to advertise his driving lessons to my co-workers, which also made me feel uncomfortable. Anyhow, in addition to their ridiculous demand of 40 dollars fee, they were very aggressive during the phone call: they completely disregarded my complaints about his unprofessional behaviours and proceeded to shift all the blame onto me. There is NO way a driving school as unprofessional, unorganized, and utterly incompetent as this one should operate.

I opted for package 2 (10 hour in car lessons and 20 hour in class sessions). The first 6 hours of my in car lessons were with one of the instructors, Hassan; he used gestures and spoke in a loud clear voice when giving me instructions - I appreciated that; however, he was a bit agressive with giving instructions at time. (This week) My second instructor - the manager, Zahib - for the remaining 4 hours, kind of understood that I am Hard of Hearing, but he kept talking in a low voice and did not gesture as much, so I misuderstood him at times. I always repeated what he said, to make sure I understood him, he would get frusturated and would take over the steering wheel and condescended me, saying I needed more lessons, he doesn't know what happended to me, which was unprofessional, I kept telling him that my right ear doesn't hear well, and he kept apologizing, but kept making me feel like I wasn't a worthy driver. I was absolutely confident with my driving. Would not recommend going here. Instructors here aren't accessible friendly. Both instructors kept saying "listen to me, do as I say", but if I want to make sure I hear you correctly, then how can I do as you say the first time? This approach felt unprofessional, and it immediately raised red flags about the school for me. Stop harassing me with phone calls and voice mails. Stop leaving me voice mails and pressuring me in to "calling back to make a payment" so that you can get your quota. If I could rate it one-star, I would.
