Went to their store in Grand falls, walked around for 10 min and no help in sight as usual. There was a computer there, in the open not behind a desk, with a search bar already active. I typed in a product and it showed the aisle number. As I was walking to the product a worker finally shows up and tells me I'm not allowed to use the computer. I asked him how else I was supposed to find a product with no help. Then this kid tells me my action was unethical? i had to get an emergcy tire change and they were amazing help and were able to do it for me so i could get home to my kid!

Very rude people, felt like I was going through customs in russia trying to exchange an unopened box vac sealer. The funny thing is they are opening sealed boxes and sending them to the open box store. heheh read more

Hello All , My truck Broke Down On our way back from P.E.I on Saturday Afternoon , Unfortunately My Alternator Quit ! , I went into this Location to see if they had a Replacement , they did not have one in Stock however they knew of a Rebuilder Close By !!! Rebuilder was Called to see if he Could help me get on my way , he Had one the Employee Drove me to this location and brought me back to my broken Truck , that is way beyond what was expected from these great people , i am Elated and Back at my desk in Toronto .. Nothing short of Spectacular to the People Of Grand Falls NB , everyone who Passed me as i was working on the truck out front of the Store to reinstall the new alternator asked if they could help , Thank You SO , SO SO , Much !!!!
