Canadian Tire is the worse store. I brought tires - worse mistake, it was a nightmare. first, they couldn't find the tires I left so they could put on new tires onto my axles; then the person changing my tires from winter to summer had Zero clue how to do that - I saw him going UNDER my car "UNDER". The female manager in the store tried to sell me a lawnmower that had no mulcher and she said that the lawn mowers "don't" come with munchers any more. I saw/heard this female manager verbally abuse a young employee; i bought a bread maker that did NOT work ...she wouldn't give me back my money - told me that they only refund money if I hadn't opened the box. read more

I visited today between 10am and 11am, I was very disappointed the staff name Christine is rude I great her good morning and no response. I tried to book an appointment but she refused it,I told her I'm not in a hurry I can wait whenever available day is ,just said it's winter tire season we're not available. My concern is to replace my wiper blade in the back of my vehicle.
