I was told they don't do safety glasses. I had my receipt with me, they verified I had bought them there and had paid for transitions. They refused to send the glasses back to get the proper lens installed. I have had several pairs of safety glasses from Super store and all have had transitions. I have been a customer for decades. This recent transaction has me questioning why do I shop here. Safety glasses are a requirement at work, so I'm out the cost of the transitions, plus no warranty. They could have told me before I paid for the glasses, would have shopped elsewhere.

Canadian Tire is the worse store. The female manager in the store tried to sell me a lawnmower that had no mulcher and she said that the lawn mowers "don't" come with munchers any more. I saw/heard this female manager verbally abuse a young employee; i bought a bread maker that did NOT work ...she wouldn't give me back my money - told me that they only refund money if I hadn't opened the box.

I've never experienced worse customer service in my life…read more I spent 15 minutes waiting in line at customer service to buy a fishing rod and license. When we got to the front they told us we would have to step aside and wait for someone else to get us our license. After waiting another ten minutes I went back to the fishing department to ask how much longer it would be. The employee was extremely rude when he told me it would be a while because he was busy. I would have asked for a manager but I didn't feel like spending another hour in the store.
