The problem was that those other mechanics were too afraid to think. OK Tire got the job done and done right.

My bad in delaying this review because I have now misplaced the card of the owner and have forgotten the names of the people who helped us. The owner was beyond helpful, letting us drop our tire off after they had officially closed and giving us a ridiculously low cost to have it fixed. He was also so pleasant while he waited for us to finally pull the tire out of our trunk (we were on our way to camp and had all the items associated with doing so) Our pickup and check out wasn't nearly as smooth with the employee at the counter trying to tell us he would have to charge us for use of a jack and that they didn't have the man power to offer us use of one until 2 days from the Sunday we wanted to leave (our jack was broken). Fortunately, another employee working in the garage overheard and offered to help us without us having to ask and at zero charge So, one guy was a dick but the other two people we met were A-Okay (tire) and I highly recommend if you are in the area and need some rim work

When it became clear the the car was not fixable they gave great advice and were friendly and professional, right down to helping us find a hotel and giving us a lift us to it. Their prices were more than fair and they didn't overcharge, in fact they could have charged more but didn't. They made what could have been a terrible experience not so bad. I would take my car there regularly if I lived near Parry Sound. Thanks guys!

At first when I got it back the problem seemed fixed but then it got worse and had to be boosted every time I had to start it. I called them and they immediately took my car back in. They have been great and worked with me when it came to the costs as I am a single mom with very little extra money for these types of expenses. I used to go to a different shop but I will now only go here as I did not feel like they treated me like I was stupid or like they could take advantage of the fact I do not know much about cars.
